The rules are very strict in Bahria Apartments but people living there are in peace. The only issue is expensive electricity, water and gas charges.

A recent visit to BTK was a good experience. Plus point the weather was good. Wide and clean roads, green belt was decorated with beautiful lush green plants and date trees and maintenance is on point. Well maintained, gated society, proper housing and apartment precinct. Food eateries and grocery marts. Mosque, schools and hospital facilities are provided. But the material used for construction is of such a poor quality, residents have problem to arrange labour to get ther things done. Electricity bill is charged 25pkr pr unit (told by few residents). Where they are providing good living, on other hand they need to give quality houses and apartments. It's a good place for investment purpose. You get peace of mind. Theme park, zoo and much more are planned for BTK residents.

Honestly, if you have a wish to escape all the frustrated atmosphere of busy Karachi, this might be the best place for you. Roads are always clean and every corner is green and filled with trees, and everything you ever wanted.

This place is ideal for living. Professionally planed and well maintained. Quite and calm.

Bahria Town Tower 5 IN Bahria Apartments is first Building of the bedrooms it is behind the Bahria Town Main Hospital Hostels and it is in between tower 4 and tower 6 this tower is different from other towers which are of two bedrooms.

High class building material, nice design. Security and parking is spacious. Rules are strict so overall discipline is maintained. Quite and peaceful with all amneties round the clock. It's is much better than the new construction being offered by private builders as it is signature project of btk

A wonderful place to live with very high security environment. Good place for kids with a small park inside the premises. Cleanliness is amaculate. No load shedding in a place like Karachi with all modern eminities within walking distance.

Ideal place with everything. Masjid, hospital, school, grocery, parks, walking area, clean ambiance, security, no load shedding....what else need for ideal decent life. One should have at least car to move around here. I am feeling peaceful life here. Recommend for people who want to dare change in life.

I love Bahria Town i wish i could live here

Some people are crazy about Bahria Town which is understandable. Roads are wide, neat and clean, environment is free of every kind of pollution, buildings are well maintained, etc. But there's a kind of strange wilderness and quietness in the atmosphere which gives you a feeling of melancholy and loneliness. On the practical side, a family of 3-4 need to have at least 2 cars to be able to manage, education, health, grocery, etc. which means additional expenses on transport and fuel. Moreover, you can't afford (in terms of time, transport) to visit downtown Karachi to see your family and friends frequently. Anyway, wish the existing and future residents of Bahria Town happy and safe living.

This is gated, fully secured residing facility. Parking and children play area facilities available. Upper middle class to upper class people live with almost all civic senses but some people of owtherwise are there. 😜. This is 50 KM away from.Karachi downtown but peaceful,less noisy and bit better pollution in.comparison of themIn city areas. One of the highly facilitated a.dexpensive living. You may feel many European cities least developed in comparative to this area.
