Ooveva - The in house cafe

Cafe Ooveva has a really nice ambience and the food was actually great with good quantity and service. But I was quite disappointed with the drinks, especially considering they cost around ₹250. They were served in a plastic container and honestly tasted more like Maaza or regular packaged fruit juice rather than premium café drinks. Overall, the place has potential, but the drinks definitely need improvement in my opinion.

Very disappointed. The food presentation was careless, as if it was just thrown onto the plates. Even the beverages were served in cheap plastic glasses ,which felt unacceptable for the price we paid .We spent money and ended up leaving all the food untounched due to poor quality and service .

Food was too authentic, not so basic it's completely unique.... Both non veg and veg were surprisingly too good.... Their service was very polite and on time Ambience was peaceful and classic best place to hangout when you are in stress to have bestest time ever...

Very disappointing experience. It seems like the restaurant may be understaffed, as the service is extremely slow. We had to wait over an hour for our food, only to be informed later that some of the items were unavailable and had been canceled. I’ve visited this place twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were equally frustrating. During my first visit, the delays were so excessive that we ended up canceling most of our order and went elsewhere to eat. I gave the restaurant a second chance, but the service issues remained the same. The food may be good, but the long wait times, poor communication, and lack of order management make the overall experience very disappointing. Go here only when you have lots of time and patience.

Great food and good quality

I had a very disappointing experience at this café. The service was extremely slow, and the staff were not attentive or helpful. The food/drinks took a long time to arrive and were not worth the wait. The place also did not feel properly maintained, which made the experience worse. Overall, I expected much better quality and customer service. I would not recommend this café based on my experience.

Had to wait 40 minutes outside and still the guard stopped me and my friends. The worst experience. I highly recommend not to visit the cafe. The people coming out were all having bad reactions saying that it's not worth it.

The ambience of the restaurant is really pleasant and creates a nice overall dining experience. The setup and atmosphere are well done. However, there is some scope for improvement when it comes to both the food and service. With a bit more attention to these areas, the overall experience could become much better.
