Coffee has Milk is less quantity and water is more. Flavors doesn’t have any flavoring, all taste same. Prices are economical. That’s the only attraction

I got a Matcha Oats Latte from Cottie Coffee mega mall and it was amazing!! The matcha was perfectly made and tasted so good. A special thanks to May, who made my drink. She was very kind friendly and provided great service. She makes an amazing matcha, and I will definitely be coming back for another one. Highly recommend!!

Just tried the newly opened Cotti Coffee at Mega Mall Sharjah and was pleasantly surprised! It’s a small café tucked inside the mall, but don’t let the size fool you—this place delivers big on value and taste. All drinks are priced at just 10 AED, which is amazing considering the quality. But here’s the best part: if you order through their app, the coffee is only 7 AED! So good, right? The service was also really good—quick, polite, and professional. If you're looking for a budget-friendly coffee spot with great flavor and smooth service, Cotti Coffee is definitely worth checking out next time you’re at Mega Mall. Great taste, great price!

Our first try in this new coffee shop in Sharjah. The staff convinced my girls to check out their products by giving away vouchers that would discount 3 dirhams per order of coffee, hot or cold. We were advised to order online to avail of the said offer. Since there were no available seats at the other coffee shop that we used to go to, we opted to try this Cotti Coffee. In fairness, their matcha blend surpassed our expectation. We all rated it 5 star compared to other matcha drinks served by other known coffee stores. However, their online offer to get the discounts was not applied on our orders. Nevertheless, we were satisfied with the first try. We surely would come back to try their other products, sooooon! Bottomline, we highly recommend Cotti ☕ ☕ ☕

I’m a regular here, and the service is always top-notch. Both the hot and iced Coconut Latte are consistently good, and the Matcha Latte with coconut is a surprisingly great combination. Always a reliable spot for quality drinks and a smooth experience.

Absolutely horrible customer service through the Cotti Coffee app. Application is difficult to navigate. By mistakenly placed an order for 20 aed but immediately deleted the order. But no money was refunded. When called directly the person was rude and hung up the call.

Really good coconut matcha but sadly the coffee beans weren't strong. But really great coupons on the app to avail

I ordered the matcha red bean and it was such a pleasant surprise! The matcha was smooth and earthy, perfectly balanced by the natural sweetness of the red bean. The flavors worked together beautifully and made for a refreshing, unique drink. Omar, really made the experience even better. He was warm and welcoming, took the time to explain the drink, and clearly put a lot of care into preparing it. The presentation was great too — you could tell it was made with attention to detail. He is very knowledgeable about the offerings at the cafe. Overall, delicious drink and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back and be recommending to my friends.

Nice spot inside Mega Mall! All drinks are just 10 AED, which is a great deal. I tried a few different options and enjoyed them. Some drinks with coconut ingredients aren’t available during peak hours, but overall, a good experience. It’s located near a fountain, so it even feels like it’s raining - very relaxing!
