I had such a very warm welcoming since the first visit. I decided to do my treatment here not only because of their professionalism but also the hospitality they have provided. Every staff was very helpful and attentive to details that have been acquired for an answer. I have gone through my Root Canal treatment with Dr. Mohammed. Before we started the process, he explained every steps and options for me to undergo the treatment very clear, which cause me feel comfortable and relaxed. During and after the treatment I rarely feel the pain, thanks to Dr.Mohammed and his lovely assistants. BIDC is not just a typical dental clinic but a place where customer's benefits are one of the top priorities. For me, BIDC is an exceptional dental clinic in Doha I can rely on 100%.

I would like to say how grateful I am to Dr. Shiby Thomas and her wonderful team. I was extremely anxious before my dental visit, but Dr. Shiby made the entire experience so much easier. She was very gentle, patient, and reassuring throughout the appointment. She explained every procedure clearly and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. I truly appreciate how kind and understanding she was with me. She always checks in on me which I appreciate and she made sure that I was comfortable. It would be wonderful if all dentists were as compassionate and caring as Dr. Shiby.

The British International Dental Centre has a really nice and cozy atmosphere with plenty of comfortable chairs in the waiting area so you never feel rushed. The dentists are incredibly kind and patient, especially Dr. Shiby, who truly knows how to handle her patients very well—especially kids! I highly recommend this dental centre to anyone looking for stress-free and very nice dental care. Go ahead and book an appointment here; you will for sure like it! :D

If I could give 10 stars, I would, for Dr. Hosam, the dental surgeon at BIDC. BIDC itself is a very well-run establishment and I was impressed with how communicative and efficient they are. The staff are very competent, prompt, friendly, and professional. I had to have a tooth extraction, dental implant surgery, and a crown placement. I was nervous and anxious about the whole procedure. Dr. Hosam is the best kind of doctor: extremely competent and skilled at what he does while also being kind, reassuring, patient, and genuinely caring. The extraction, surgery, and crown placement were executed with impressive adeptness. I have rarely ever felt so well taken care of by a medical professional. Then, to top it all off, the aesthetic results of the crown he placed for my tooth at the front of my smile exceeded my hopes. I couldn’t be happier. From start to finish my procedure took two months of appointments and every step was positive. I give my highest recommendation of Dr. Hosam to anyone needing a dental implant. I’m convinced he’s the best in the country for the job.

Very friendly staff. The receptionist welcomes you with a smile. They offer a drink of your choice too. Dr. Joe was very gentle and professional. He explained everything clearly and recommended next steps to take. I finally found a dental clinic for my family! Will be back again. Today I had checkup with Dr. Yavar who is Consultant Periodontist (specialized dentist focusing on gum) along with Ms Sneha, assistant. I'm so amazed with his knowledge I truly trust to have Dr. Yavar to take care of me. He his very kind and slowly answer all questions and explain anything that concern about my teeth. Moreover than that upon checkout I got surprise by the staff, the clinic provide me stainless steel bottle as a gift for first visit! I definitely revisit and have British International Dental Centre as my first choice when it comes to Dental ❤️
