It my first time to order from this restaurant and will be the last time, I received the food cold and the Chekin Rare not cooked through and as you can see The amount of fries is very, very small. Honestly, it is the worst restaurant I have ever tried. The food was disgusting.

اول وآخر مره اطلب من هذا الفرع الموظف استقبلني بأسلوب غير لائق وللأسف يطالبني في دفع مبلغ عميل آخر لم يدفع الحساب للعلم اني اول مره اطلب من هذا الفرع موظف لابس رمادي الساعه 11 مساء يوم الاثنين الموافق 27/10/2025 The first and last time I ask this branch, the employee received me in an inappropriate manner, and unfortunately he asks me to pay the amount of another customer who did not pay the bill. Food was very badly made and was different from my order

I hardly make negative reviews however, this needs to be addressed towards better service, quality and efficiency in future (hopefully). I ordered half grilled chicken and chicken strips meal. the staff who took the order said 10 mins waiting time since I was with my car and it was a take out. 1. Order came after 30 mins. 2. French fries were missing, had to wait another 5 mins for them to prepare. 3. After all, I was hoping the food quality is at least acceptable but nope, it wasn’t. Chicken wasn’t cooked enough, very dry, very poor packaging skills. The restaurant has a very clean and nice interior and the packaging materials, plastic bags do look acceptable and in order, only if they are in good hands. I am sure it has the potential to be a lot better when it comes to service and food quality.
