Oncoplus Super Speciality Hospital

My experience at Oncoplus Super Speciality Hospital was genuinely very positive. The nursing staff was extremely caring and excellent in hospitality. The entire administration process, especially for patients coming through the panel, was very cooperative and supportive throughout. I would especially like to mention Mr. Badal from the administration team, who was very helpful, understanding, and guided us patiently whenever needed. In today’s time, when many people feel hospitals are becoming more business-oriented, this place gave a different feeling through its care and support. I sincerely hope no one has to visit a hospital, but in case of an emergency, this hospital truly feels like a dependable and life-saving place. One thing I appreciated the most was the ambulance facility provided on the arrival of the patient, which made the entire process smoother and more reassuring during a difficult time. The housekeeping and cleaning staff were dedicated to their work and maintained cleanliness very well. The doctors were also very supportive and took time to explain the condition, treatment, and progress during each visit, which gave confidence and clarity to the patient and family. Overall, the care, coordination, and support from the hospital team made a positive difference in our experience. Thank you to the entire team for your service and support.

Very disappointing experience. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. Long waiting time and poor management. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. I had a really bad experience at this hospital. The waiting time was extremely long even in an emergency. The staff did not communicate properly and seemed careless. Cleanliness was also not up to the mark. Overall, the service was very poor and needs serious improvement. Worst hospital experience ever. No proper attention to patients, rude behavior from staff, and unnecessary delays. It felt like patient care was not a priority at all. Highly dissatisfied. I expected better service, but unfortunately my experience was not good. There was a lack of coordination among staff, and the waiting time was too long.

Overall bad experience.... Inks pass bed available hota nhi h.. or patient ko admit krna h.. 2. Ghante baithne Ke baad bhi bed nhi mila

Zero rating. Patients go there and never come back. Recently there were 4 to 5 deaths in a single day in ICU. Doctors don't know how to handle cases and are very rude. Bloody hell of a hospital.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent care my father received during his stay at the Oncoplus hospital. The doctors were highly skilled, attentive, and provided clear communication throughout. The nursing and support staff were friendly, compassionate, and always available to help. We were also pleased with the quality and hygiene of the food served. Overall, it was a reassuring and positive experience for our family. Thank you very much.

Not a hospital, but business model, my father has CGHS claim, he had issue with cough and mucus issue। But they used to take blood samples every second day। When we resisted and asked reason for such practices, they simply said it's medical needs। He couldn't walk properly They just created bills and don't care about someone's health

I lost my grandmother just two days ago, and I can say with full conviction that this is the worst hospital ever. Please, for the sake of your loved ones, never admit them here. If you do, there is little chance they will come out alive. The staff is shockingly unprofessional, with zero empathy for patients or their families. Most of the time, you cannot even find a doctor — and when you do, you get no clear information. The ICU is nothing short of horrifying. The staff there do not even seem qualified; their behavior, tone, and attitude are absolutely pathetic. No family should ever have to go through what we went through. This hospital is a disgrace to healthcare, and I would never set foot here again. If you are reading this, please don’t risk the life of your loved ones by admitting them here.

Me hospital me ka biopsy karne ka liya gayi thi jis ka liya mujhe aadmi hona pad par bad me doctor bolo ki ap ka ka pet CT hoga to mene bola tha thik hai koe baat nahi ap jo right lagta hai vo karo ,ya Tak sab thik tha lakin mujhe Room share wala chahiye tha or staff mujhe Micu shirt kar rahi thi bar bar bolo par mujhe wath karna ke liye bola me bolo thik hai fir bad me mujhe single room me shift kar diya m fir baat kiye to staff bolo ke abhi Hume pass ye room hai ap room me shift ho jao please, fir vaha single room wali sarva ne the ap koe chij chahiye hai ak hour ke baad milta tha vo bhi bar bar bolo par, mere ilaaj be ne hua bas bill bana rehe thi hospital staff

Thanks to " Oncoplus Hospital " I came here with my father in law. He have bleeding from abdoman area. Doctors immediately take the concern and started treatment. Under the guidance of Dr. Dixit sir, Dr. Shubham vatsya sir and especially thanks to Dr. S. K thakur sir for his visit to check my pateint. Staff and docors are very gentle and caring and tell actual condition of patient. And special thanks to" kanika madam " For her guidence and support during our patient treatment.
