It seems that everytime we come to clean the pipe he says the machine is not working. I tried asking him again and again but he was like the machine isn’t working. Same excuse being told each time we come to this shop. Me and my friends have been buying from here for quite a while. It seems that if this particular staff is working the machine doesn’t work. Just attaching the photo so that you get a proof that I actually made a purchase of this product.

They sell podsalt evolve disposables at 40 aed whereas the majority of shops in dubai price them at 30 aed. When i told them about the real price, they did not even give an accurate explanation. Did not buy and i don't recommend

Delivery was refused without explanation. They do what they want, no rules, no mutual understanding and respect. That's what I met today. It's good that Dubai is big and there are many better alternatives where for the same money you get more, you get customer service.

The guy who works there is very rude and have zero customer service and issues the price from his brain depending on his mood one day I'll buy the dhoka for 30 the other day I will buy the dhoka for 40 , imagine calling for a delivery is cheaper than going to the shop because he will judge you on what you're wearing and give you the price.
