Disappointed with the Kuttanadan Special Charcoal. I visited this restaurant after specifically searching for a spicy grilled food place and ordered the Kuttanadan Special Charcoal. Unfortunately, the dish served was very disappointing and nothing like what was shown in the picture. It was quite evident that a pre-cooked chicken was used, and a separate masala was simply mixed with it instead of preparing the dish properly. The chicken and masala had completely different spice levels, and even the saltiness was inconsistent, which affected the overall taste badly. If a particular dish is not available, the restaurant should inform customers honestly instead of serving something different and misleading them. Very disappointing experience.

I recently visited New Spicy &Fresh Restaurant The ambience is welcoming with a nice family-friendly vibe, making it a comfortable spot to dine in. The food quality and quantity were both excellent, and the prices felt very reasonable for what you get. Special mention to the service – the staff were attentive, polite, and quick to serve, which made the overall experience even better. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for tasty

We had a wonderful time enjoying tea and snacks here. Everything was good—from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The Service was top-notch and attentive, making us feel very welcome. The Ambience was pleasant and relaxing, contributing to a great atmosphere. Most importantly, the Food and snacks were delicious and perfectly prepared! Highly recommend visiting!

Yesterday I ate chicken Biryani taste was changed it was not too delicious I informed to the guy who handles counter his reply was why not good since morning no body complain why you complain 😔 Rather than saying ok brother I will check with my kitchen team and will improve our quality. His response was like very much announying I don't know how they handle the business at list assign someone who can handle customer issues it was happen in hamdan branch whis is near by crispy chicken by the way the biryani I didn't eat at all

Everytime that they are delivering karak you cant be able to drink because its too messy and all were spilled in the shopper. The delivery boy was very irresponsible and doesnt care about the food he is delivering! This is not the first time but its been repeatedly happened already!

Came here for tea and asked for snacks when the waiter served the tea. Instead of responding politely, he started blaming us and said we should have ordered snacks along with the tea itself. Dear hotel management, customers are not here to consume free food or beverages. If there is any such policy, it should be informed clearly at the time of ordering. We faced this behavior from the staff member with long hair. Really disappointing experience. Will never visit this shop again.

Spicy and fresh – always the best! This restaurant never disappoints when it comes to charcoal and grilled items. I used to visit their Hamdan branch regularly, and this time I tried the Kuttanadan charcoal here – it was excellent! Juicy, packed with flavor, and cooked to perfection. I was so tempted by the delicious aroma that I forgot to take a picture before digging in – sorry about that! Definitely a must-try if you’re into grilled delights.

Review based on Al Falah street outlet. Tried for Dining & Takeaway. Good customer service and quality & tasty food @ descent price are the highlight of these place. They will provide complimentary soup & Salad for each patrons. Their Charcoal and Grills are good. Tried wheat or Atta Poratta with Butter chicken. Butter chicken tasted different but good. As takeaway ordered half grill , delivered on time. Dips and Grill chicken was good. Overall happy with these place. Morever a family dining space also.

They are available all the time. Usually if you are person who has night craving for four then this place is made for you. Most of the Arabic food is available. I usually have sandwiches 🥪 and trust me they are really good at what they prepare. Nice place Al Falah Street to spend time for food with friends & family.

Tried chicken grill meal platter Chicken was tender and juicy, but without any flavor Need to concentrate on flavor and taste Neat and clean place Price is reasonable

I like their welcome drink ,fresh papaya juice and their Shawarma, and meat platter with blue cucurao mojito. yummy!

We have been great fans of a spicy and fresh restaurant as it always satisfies our taste buds with good flavors. It was a promising spot all the time. However, recently we had a couple of orders and I can't say that they satisfied our expectations as they weren't at all good and totally flopped. Today we ordered Kuttanadan charcoal and special spicy charcoal, and the taste and quality were pathetic. It was very disappointing.

i ordered for peri peri chicken charcoal and they sent me some malbari indian dish eri pori chicken. please if you cannot read at least call and confirm instead of wasting money and sending different dish.

I tried juice here. I asked for without ice and sugar. They don't understand our requirements and give whatever is convenient for them. Worst thing is that they try to prove that they are right I'll never try again here and don't recommend too. Only God thing with restaurant is ambiance.

Good Ambient looking and space; but not recommended. We tried Green Chillie charcoal 4/5, Beef Chapps Curry 3/5, and Butter Chicken 👎. Butter chicken tastes exactly like chicken Manchurian also Parotta is very hard ( we ask for Adicha Kerala Parotta)we exposed to Management But he doesn’t concern about it. Al Falah Branch is not recommended. I have tried Hamdhan Branch I can recommend it. Good tasty food and Friendly Staff.

I have been to this restaurant many times. The food here is very good and the atmosphere is also very good, especially their staff member Asif, who is a hard worker.And cop orated

Extremely frustrated! I waited 1 hour 40minutes for my food. This is the worst delay I’ve experienced. Totally unacceptable!” You keep delaying the order every time. If you don’t want to send it, just say it on time. I could have ordered from another restaurant. If you keep delaying like this, customers will stop trusting your service. And food was cold and the taste was not good.

would like to share my feedback regarding the paneer I received today. Unfortunately, it was not fresh and did not meet the expected. As per rate quality is not good

I've been ordering food from this branch for a while now, and so far, all the food has been served very fresh. Even when I order late at night, around 11 PM, the delivery is still fast and efficient. The quality and consistency are impressive. Thank you so much for the excellent service
