A Murwab Resort, Semaisma

We visited Smisma Al Mawarib Resort with the weekend day pass and BBQ brunch package. The swimming pool was nice, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the children enjoyed their time. However, there were several disappointing points. The reception staff provided very little information upon arrival, and we had to ask about every detail ourselves. Nobody informed us about included services such as complimentary water. The changing rooms and restrooms were poorly maintained, with unpleasant odors and cleanliness issues. The advertised BBQ brunch was below expectations. The grilled items and kebabs were served cold, and the overall food quality was average. The desserts were better, but the dining experience did not match what was advertised. We were also not informed in advance that the pool would close at 6:30 PM, leaving limited time for the children to enjoy it. Finally, at the end of the evening, staff repeatedly asked us to leave while we were already packing our belongings, which felt unnecessary and unfriendly. Overall, the pool was the highlight of the visit, but better communication, cleaner facilities, improved food quality, and more professional customer service would greatly improve the guest experience.

The hotel is nice and located in a quiet area. However, the gardening machines make so much noise that it’s impossible to relax. We would suggest doing the gardening work very early in the morning. Moreover, the staff taking care of the gardens would probably appreciate starting earlier during as it’s really hot now in Qatar. We were told that it is not allowed to use the pools until 10 a.m., which is strange, and we have never seen such a rule in any other hotel — especially since the sign by the pool states that it is open from 7 a.m. It felt odd, as some people enjoy swimming in the morning. The beach is very shallow and not really suitable for swimming. Gardeners and staff in the main restaurant , were very friendly. Food was delicious. We want to thank kitchen staff for their excellent work. In both cafeteria and the restaurant there’s no alternative (soy, oat etc) milk. Would be great if this option was available.

ديسمبر 2024 تجربة رائعة وممتازة واكررها، استمتعت كثيرًا خصوصًا بالخدمات والأنشطة لكن يحتاجون يزيدون أنشطتهم ويغيرون من أصناف الطعام المتكررة فندق جميل لا يعلى عليه لكن يمكن تطويره اكثر، سيارات التنس قليلة جدًا لكن الفطور طيب وزين اكثر نقطة يجب التركيز عليها الاسعار!ليش يعني لفة بالقطار تاخذ 30﷼ للشخص؟ وبس شكرًا واتمنى لكم النجاح

منتجع رائع بكل معنى الكلمة، يتميز بالنظافة العالية، وحسن الاستقبال، والهدوء، والمرافق المتكاملة. كانت الإقامة مريحة جداً، والخدمة ممتازة، والأجواء جميلة ومناسبة للعائلات. تجربة مميزة وأتطلع لزيارته مرة أخرى.

Went for Eid brunch with a group of 10+ people. Was contacted several times the day earlier to make payment and was told its fully booked. I paid and was promised our table would be ready. Upon arrival there was no concierge, it didnt feel like a 5* resort. When we got to the restaurant we asked for our table but clearly there had been no communication as restaurant staff were unaware of a group booking however they were quick to arrange our table. The selection of food was ok, shame they didnt provide soft / hot drinks despite the generous price tag for their brunch. No ice cream for kids either which is standard in other 5* brunches. However, the pool and the beach views were fantastic! It made up for where the brunch was lacking.

The place itself was nice, but the service was very poor. We waited more than 30 minutes just trying to find someone to bring us water, and when it finally arrived, it was oddly placed inside a plastic bag with ice. At reception, no one helped us check our booking or offered any assistance. Overall, it was a very bad experience 😩😩😩😩😩😩 we spent the entire day feeling stressed because of the low quality of service😩😩

We found one incredible deal to bring your family on eid day. We realized that was a fantastic idea to bring family here. The ambiance was great and kids pool area was the eye catcher.

المنتجع جميل جداً بس عيبة بعيد عن وسط البلد حدود 30 دقيقة والا كل شي ممتاز فطور متنوع واماكن ترفيه من دبابات بحرية وملاعب للاطفال وكذلك جميع انواع الدراجات . اشكر الاستاذ اسامة والاستاذة اسماء والشيف احمد لحسن تعاونهم وطيب اخلاقهم فعلاً كانو متعاونين والابتسامة لا تفارق وجوههم فشكراً لهم وان شاءالله لي عودة لهذا المنتجع .

منتجع رائع جداً بكل تفاصيله من نظافه من خدمه من كل شي الافطار متنوع ولذيذ وهادي يوجد النت والبحر والمسابح خدمتها متتازه وشاكره للمشرف وصاحب المنتج على خدماتهم 👍🏼🇧🇭🇧🇭 وباذن الله لنا عوده جميله له مع احبتي !!! وشكراً مره اخرى

We went for a day pass and the service was perfect. Everyone was helpful and the facilities were excellent, especially the lifeguard and Rabee who was extremely kind.

The villa was extremely beautiful and well-designed, but unfortunately the service did not match the premium price we paid. We ordered several times through the in-room dining service, and many of our orders were either forgotten or delivered after excessive delays. Even after reminders, the service remained painfully slow at times taking almost two hours to bring even simple items. Considering the poor service standards, the price we were charged feels completely unjustified. With this level of service, the rates should honestly be at least 50% lower.

1- swimming pool is supposed to be overflow filtration system but unfortunately the overflow not working and that is scaring because the filtration system may be not working the water is not going to the channel to go through the filters and there is too many people in the pool 2- we are 3 person family and once we enter to the pool as a day pass there is no any single place to set or put our things so why to enter people if the pool is full and there is no enough space to host them 3- the pool maintenance is so bad, the mosaic floor is damaged there is rotten on the walls all these bacteria and no chlorine in the pool each 2-3 meters your fingers will be secratched because of the floor damages Very very disappointed from the service, even the dinner manager at the restaurant he is not friendly

This resort truly deserves a full 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The place is not only beautiful and elegant, but also incredibly clean and well maintained. The customer service is outstanding the staff are very professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The whole atmosphere is relaxing and luxurious, making it the perfect getaway. Truly a world-class resort that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for the best experience!

منتجع فاخر جداً وجدير بالزيارة واسعار ممتازه الموقع شمال وسط الدوحه ٣٠ ك (من ملعب لوسيل ) ١٥ دقيقه فقط اخذنا فيلا مع الافطار الافطار متنوع حسب الفيديو المرفق لايوجد مطاعم قريبه الا مطعم المنتجع والذي لم نجربه الا في الافطار يوجد مسبحين وملعب كرة قدم وتنس ارضي وتنس طاوله وخدمة تنقل داخل المنتجع بعربات الجولف الزيارة كانت وقت بطولة كأس العرب ديسمبر ٢٠٢٥ ومع ذلك المنتجع شبه فارغ من الزوار واسعاره في المتناول يصلح للاستجمام نهاراً وفي الليل تستطيع الذهاب لكتارا وغيرها هذه تجربتي واتمنى ان اعود الى هذا المكان مرة اخرى

المكان جدا مناسب العائلات سكنا بفيلا الفطور متنوع ومكان هادي ونظيف جدا جدا خدماتهم ممتازه تعاملهم عالي وراقي

This morning’s breakfast was absolutely exceptional thanks to Ikram and Abdelhosam and the entire kitchen crew! They went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor, and their genuine hospitality made us feel truly cared for. Both of them were attentive, friendly, and clearly take pride in what they do. It’s rare to start the day with such great food and such warm service at the same time. A big thank you to Ikram and Abdelhosam for turning an ordinary breakfast into one of the highlights of our stay!
