Restaurant Review – 804 AKR2 (Friday Night Dinner Experience) I visited 804 AKR2 on Friday night along with my seven guests, hoping for a pleasant dining experience, but unfortunately it was extremely disappointing. We ordered 2 kg mutton karahi and half kg chapli kebab, but neither dish met even basic food quality standards. The mutton karahi did not taste or look like a proper karahi it felt more like a simple gravy dish with no authentic flavor. The chapli kebabs were also not edible, lacking taste, freshness, and proper texture. I felt very embarrassed in front of my guests, as none of the eight people liked the food at all. To address the issue, I politely called their chef and tried to speak to him in a friendly manner. However, the chef’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. He showed no manners, no respect, and absolutely no willingness to listen. This made the experience even worse. The only positive point was their outdoor seating, which was nicely arranged. During our meal, another customer also complained about their food. They had ordered chicken roast, and they were extremely unhappy with its taste and quality, saying it was not prepared properly at all. This clearly shows the restaurant has serious issues with food consistency and taste. Overall, the food quality and customer service were both extremely poor. I hope the management seriously works on improving their taste, quality, and staff behavior.
