Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Luxon Motors Private Limited, Adoor

I had a good experience with Luxon Tata Adoor customer service. The staff were friendly, approachable, and explained the service process clearly. The technicians seemed knowledgeable and handled regular maintenance work efficiently. The overall service was smooth, and the vehicle was delivered on time. The service center also uses genuine Tata parts, which gives confidence. While there may be slight delays during busy times, the overall experience was positive and satisfactory.

This incident happened on 20/05/26, My DEF oii was very low, so while passing adoor i Google it and found luxon tata tata service, Adoor. I went inside service at 12.45pm but they wrote it as 1.00pm. I told them just to fill DEF oil, they told it takes 2 hrs, I asked atleast give me DEF oil I'll pay for me. They refused. I'm using harrier since 6 yrs. In every service centre around Tamilnadu and Kerala this was worst experience. Whom ever sits there in reception thinks that they r the owner of that showroom. Filling a DEF oil doesn't take time, atleast they would have handover it to me. Atleast the owning body of this showroom should take some action against these reception guys sitting without blue uniform (2 person), and a bald head leen guy with blue uniform.

I strongly urge others to think twice before relying on this service centre. Pathetic and completely unprofessional service at Luxon Tata Service Centre. We brought our Tata Nexon for a battery issue, and your staff confidently said it would be put on charge and fixed by the next day. That was clearly a lie. When we came back, not even the basic process had been started. Zero work done. What kind of service centre makes false promises and then doesn’t even bother to begin the job? This shows sheer negligence, lack of accountability, and total disrespect for customers’ time. Do you people even take your job seriously, or is wasting customers’ time your standard practice? If you cannot handle simple tasks, stop giving fake assurances. Highly unreliable service. Would not recommend this place to anyone unless you’re ready to be ignored and misled.

I just serviced my tata indica they dont have any spare parts and before my car had no oil leak now all of sudden oil leak started which was never a issue before wasted my money on believing them.

I’m interested in sierra but thinking about there services side and spare , I would go back 😌 Tata Motors should improve their service and spare parts availability

Bad experience i ever get from a service team

The service center staffs are very bad and unprofessional. My car was in an accident and they took more than 45 DAYS to get it fixed and during these days there was no follow-ups or anything. Whenever I called the adviser he is in total confusion and doesn't know any solid update about the current status of the car. And today when I went to collect my car, the asked me to wait and it has been more than an hour and still nothing. And when I enquired, he told that some more work is pending and it will take time. He could have told this earlier before me coming all the way from trivandrum which is very unprofessional and a headache for every customers. Every customers expect a transparent and hassle free service which ADOOR TATA LUXON SERVICE CENTRE will NEVER provide.
