The food and the place are always good, but the real gem here is the people who serve you. Chrystalyn was literally one of the sweetest, smiling the whole time, vibing, and making everything feel so personal. Came in with the worst mood ever and left actually happy. She’s honestly the reason I’d come back fr 💛

My favorite coffee bun ever. It may be a bit pricey, so it’s not practical to buy it every day, but it is really delicious. Their coffees are also good. I hope they bring back the old bundle promos for the coffee buns, as they were more affordable.

We need to stop by to Papparoti before we start with our normal routine after the busy holidays. If you have not try their "Papa milktea" which means the karak tea- but in a way anothaaa level trust us! It is well paired with the famous dessert kunafa! Darling we know its about the "BUN" which never disappoint everytime we are here, but we are here to share all other options too, which we defo suggest for your satisfaction! Thanks to the staff who are smiling all the way from the moment we sat until we are about to pay the bill- Raymond and Marife and all other were amazing! Infact their cafe were busy this afternoon, still they manage to give the best customer service!

Must visit place for Bun maska and Kadak chai lovers. Got a good combo offer due to Ramadan. Our hosts Casey and Nunu were excellent in their service. The bun and Kadak chai is awesome. Also the Ramadan special Konafa bun , sprinkled with pistachio and a bit of nuttela is delicious.

I have a great experience in Papa Roti Dubai Mall, all the staff is accommodating. The food was so good and this is my third time to visit this place. The serving time also is so quick, I will recommend you to visit this place.

A fantastic experience at Pappa Roti in Dubai Mall (Level 1), and I want to give a special mention to Mr. Miguel for his outstanding service. The roti quality is not as before at all and the milk tea tast nothing as milk tea even i told them again to make more tea i dont like at all . The waiters were unsmiling and Irritated !

Customer care should have been revisited. Someone told me to pay cash only due to the card swiping machine failure. Once I declined he brought the another machine. I felt he lied to me due to my appearance.

There was one older filipino lady serving I didn't like her attitude she seemed dismissive the food was fine although it got served very late few minutes before closing. The service left a negative impression and made the overall experience less enjoyable

I had the bun with chocolate sauce and nuts which was superb except they should give a steel knife and fork because the plastic doesn't "cut" it excuse the pun 🤔 😜 😅

PappaRoti's signature buns are a delightful treat that simply must be experienced. Highly recommended Dubai Mall Level 1.
