Staff behaved aggressively and disrespectfully. They refused to clearly explain procedures and made inappropriate, discriminatory remarks. I was denied a card at this branch with no valid explanation. Minutes later, I applied online and the card was approved instantly. This indicates arbitrary decision-making and extremely poor service at the branch. Very unprofessional experience.

THE WORST BANK EVER!!! The staff at this particular branch are least bothered about the requirements of the customers and they don’t give any importance to time. While opening an account they shamelessly lie to your face regarding the features and commission system. I had to wait for more than 1 hour after taking a ticket to collect my card and yet I didn’t receive my card. I’m highly disappointed and I wouldn’t suggest this particular branch of BOG to anyone.

Компетенции ноль , отпросилась с работы чтобы посетить банк и открыть аккаунт, каждый сотрудник искажал информацию и все их показания разнились . Девочки, вы там чтобы помогать людям я напомню - не хотите не работайте

Хотел оформить school card для ребенка. Сказали им надо связаться (с кем то) выяснить могут они это делать или нет??!! Потом сообщили что ВЧЕРА!!! изменились условия оформления карт и нужно это сделать с сайта. Там вопросы типа политических приверженность, интересов, сколько денег будет поступать, сколько тратиться???. Я им несколько раз сказал, что мне нужна школьная карта для ребенка. Ответа они не получили и выпроводили меня, сказав, что позвонят позже с ответом. Я поехал в отделение в Доме юстиции, где мою заявку оформили за 10 минут без вопросов и регистраций на сайте. Считаю, что в этом отделении работают некомпетентные сотрудники, вводят в заблуждение (обманывают) клиентов. Сотрудникам отделения банка в Доме юстиции большое спасибо!

Unfortunately, this is the nearest bank office. Out of 7 windows, 1-2 work. The rest of the windows are just closed. I've been in line for 90 minutes. I have experience with 5 different banks, but this office is sooo slow.

Absolutely unacceptable and unethical behavior from Bank of Georgia. An employee at this branch took it upon themselves to activate a service package I NEVER requested, without my knowledge, consent, or permission. This is not only unprofessional — it’s a violation of trust and borders on fraudulent conduct. How can anyone feel safe banking here when the staff arbitrarily makes decisions about your account? Consent and transparency are the bare minimum in any financial institution, yet Bank of Georgia has clearly failed to uphold these basic standards.

Be careful, do not give your devices to the employee - YOU CAN BE DECEIVED HERE. I came for a certificate (statement), and they offered me the M package with its advertisement, to which I refused, they gave me certificates and for some reason asked for a phone number and told me to show it in the mobile bank, I was like, okay, maybe they want to check my data, and took the phone for 30 seconds (it was very fast) Then, after some time, I see that I have an active tariff M and they took 10 GEL from me (I had a tariff of 2 GELper month, I was fine with it) well, compare 2 GEL and 10GEL for a year, this is a decent amount, but that's not the problem... I did not understand how the tariff changed... but after some time I understood how it was and how my tariff was activated. The employee took my phone, activated the tariff, received the SMS and deleted the message from the history, I later found the message in the deleted ones when I started communicating with the tariff. THAT IS, SHE JUST TOOK AND DELETED THE MESSAGE TO HIDE IT I don't know why I'm shocked) I don't care about these 10 GEL the problem is that this happened at all, someone might say, well, why are you giving your phone to strangers, I agree that it's my mistake, but still it's a bank... Be careful, maybe someone will find this story useful

worst branch of bog ! the workers are straight up rude and pretty racist. I was called off by a worker when i tried submitting my documents and they said they need them translated in georgian. 2 days later when i visited the bank AGAIN the worker asked for my original documents and not my translated ones ! They are all lazy and liars I was told i wasn’t even an active student while i had my tsnoba in hand and i had to call up emis only to find out my active student application was already with the bank. I’m underage and my guardian had a ticket for opening my bank account. I walked up to the counter and he just told us to get another ticket?!?!?! Does anyone at this branch know how to do their job?

I come here whenever I need something done with BOG and the staff is always nice and helpful. Especially Nata provides an excellent service and speaks good English.

Disastrous level of service. They don't care and not willing to help. Also the number system for the line is simply not working. I've waited for half an hour till the operator serves just one person. And then just some other person without a number sat next. And the staff is totally okay with that. When I asked "what's going on? how your line system works?" they just told "we don't know, this is how it goes"

They give a ticket with the letter P to non Georgians and at least 5 to 7 people who came in after me had their work done and left while i waited for half an hour just to collect my card. They helped everyone but not me...very bad service and cooperation 😡😡

They don’t even deserve to have a single star but there is no option to give none. They just have a poorest service in bank. And they don’t know how to be kind to customers. Very poor behaviour. They don’t welcome foreign clients.

Пришел под конец рабочего дня. Но сотрудники были очень добры и профессиональны. Сделали все быстро и спокойно реагировали на мои тупняки. По английский и по русски проблем не было!

Отвратительный сервис. Сотрудник не решил проблему. Повышал голос во время диалога. Перебивал. В итоге ничем не помог. Хотя мы провели вместе всю ту же операцию еще раз и деньги снова списались, в ответ мне пожали плечами и сказали, что не знают, куда они ушли. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

The worst service in Tbilisi. I talked 2 workers there. One of them was unprofessional (he was still learning). Second employee was rude (laugh in my face for asking "Georgian bank" services related questions).

Staff at the reception is rude. Queueing system is broken. There are a bunch of people waiting in the middle of the day and only one person is working. This is stupid
