Himalayan Java Coffee - Hattisar

The coffee is rich and full of flavour, served with a generous piece of brownie cut in half for sharing. It simply works. The service is friendly and impeccable throughout. The interior is perhaps a little on the dark side, but that’s a minor detail. Thanks for a pleasant visit.

Not upto the level during my visit. Had visited several outlets of Himalayan Java, but didn’t find the perfect taste of coffee in here. And way overpriced!!!! Drink 1/5 Hospitality 2/5 Atmosphere 3/5

Absolutely love this place! Himalayan Java in Hattisar is hands down one of the best spots in town for coffee lovers — and even if you're not into coffee, their alternatives are just as good. The drinks are consistently well-made, the atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Whether you're looking to work, catch up with friends, or just enjoy a quiet cup on your own, this outlet never disappoints. Highly recommended!

I spent an absolutely wonderful morning at the Himalaya Java Coffee on Hattisar Sadak. The eggs Benedict were delicious, and the cappuccino and Nepali tea were perfectly brewed. But most of all, I loved the kind staff, the comfortable atmosphere, and how I felt genuinely welcomed to savor my food and drinks and catch up on my journal in such a peaceful atmosphere.

Peaceful area and helpful staffs. Margaritas was not good but chocolate truffle and carrot cheese cake was awesome in my first visit. Ambience and service was really good. However on my 2nd visit the quality degraded as the number of customer increased. Although I really enjoyed there. While some staffs seemed unhappy the one at counter greeted us well which changed my experience

This himalayan java outlet is filled with corporate people as it is located in one of the prime corporate areas in Kathmandu. The place is the home for informal business meetings, hangouts, dates, and even solo coffee hours. There are different sections to the floor plan. The staff is really friendly but not a huge fan of the coffee here.

The place is very cozy with calm vibes. The staffs are very friendly. A perfect place for a coffee date, office work and to read books. The hygiene is on point. Spacious sitting with peaceful environment. But not a budget friendly place. They charge you with vat and service charge.

The ambience is 5 on 5, perfectly decorated tables and have separate room for conducting meetings. There is a inside room with perfectly decorated books and 90's tv which makes it even better. The coffee is good, I wont say the best. The blueberry smoothie is one of the best in here. They also have the best caeser salad with grilled chicken The sadwiches and burgers are also one of the must try. The mint lemonade is too sweet cant taste much mint.

Great coffee, great environment and great service. Must visit place in Kathmandu. I frequent visit this place with my boys to hangout. Such a great place to sit down and work. I have sat here for hours writing scientific papers, research proposal manuscripts, organizing entrepreneurial support program events, and prepared lectures for university postgraduate students. You can bring your boys to hangout. And of course a great spot to date with your girlfriend/wife. There is a separate section to conduct presentations where I have organized sessions with fellow scientists.

It offered a quiet, inviting atmosphere. As expected, the food and service is same as found at any other Himalayan Java outlets.

Himalayan Java one of the best coffee place in Nepal. And i love to be hang around here, neat and clean cool atmosphere good food as usual service too, friendly staff .

Another pleasant outlet of Himalayan Java. Himalayan Java never disappoints. A pleasant ambience. No need to talk about their coffee, its the best local coffee for me. There’s also a business centre, deigned particularly for conducting meetings. Well trained staffs and good coffee.

My first visit to a Himalayan Java cafe, and my third trip to Kathmandu. Beautiful ambience and cosy vibe. Not crowded at 1pm. Coffee is good. Tuna sandwich so so - generous tuna chunks but toast was soggy from the brine.

Cozy study spaces. ofc good coffee. And yess, I love the cheese cake here 😋

Elegant and subdued atmosphere with good, varied selection of drinks and foods. This one is noisier than the Thamel one as it's on a busy road.

Really love the ambience, but hope they add A/C cuz during humid days its a little discomforting. Or else the staffs are really friendly, the food and drinks are top notch and they got good internet for work and charging ports all over for all day long power.

Good food and beverage, good ambience and well trained staff loved their service. This place has also a separate meeting room for discussions. There's also parking space available mostly for two wheelers, and only few for four wheelers. Also I Went to Java at Hattisar this new year and got myself 15% off in food and beverage. The staff had hidden the discount cards and we had to find them, so got a voucher of 15%, thanks to java team for making a fun new year 🎉 with such offer.
