Review by Sayantan Roy (October – December 2021, Batch 10) I can proudly say that Bandhan Skill Development Center, Kharagpur has been a true turning point in my life. When I joined in the October–December 2021 Batch 10, I had absolutely 0% knowledge about how to get a job in the corporate sector. I was confused, had no direction, and didn’t know how to even prepare for interviews. But the mentors here changed everything. They trained me, guided me, and most importantly, gave me the confidence to face interviews and step into the professional world. Today, I have 4+ years of experience, worked with reputed MNCs, and currently I am working with Teleperformance – the world’s largest BPO. From starting my career with just ₹10,000 in hand, now I earn ₹27,000+ with incentives and benefits, living life independently and even enjoying some luxuries I never thought possible.
