Yesterday, I went to this shop and asked which flavour was good. The shopkeeper suggested one, and I selected it. Before making the payment, I specifically asked whether the family pack was available. He confirmed that it was, so I proceeded with the payment.
However, after the payment, he handed me a broken and unsealed pack. When I refused to accept it, he insisted that I take the damaged box and was not willing to refund my money. Instead, he kept telling me to choose another flavour. When I repeatedly requested a refund, he started arguing with me.
Eventually, another staff member provided me with a new, sealed pack of the same flavour. I was shocked and surprised because the shopkeeper had earlier claimed that the flavour was not available. This experience was extremely disappointing and unpleasant.
This is actually the second time I have faced issues at this shop. On a previous visit, when I purchased Irani ice cream, I was given a smaller quantity than expected.
Overall, my experience with this shop has been very poor, and I am dissatisfied with their customer service and business practices.
