Baskin Robbins

We're all familiar with the Mississippi Mud Pie, it's absolutely delicious and a definite favorite. However, the Salted Caramel was just okay, there's definitely room for improvement. Also, I've noticed that Baskin-Robbins ice creams tend to be quite high in sugar.

I had such a horrible experience, they don’t keep sprinkle cones and not even the regular cone was there, and the guy on the counter seems like he was not interested in behaving good with customers.

I ordered a ice cream cake and this fellow gave me a cake slice like chapati. It's such a big brand atleast we should get what we are paying for. I have had the same cake near silver park and they gave me a proper slice. Absolutely unacceptable 😡

Me ice cream lene gyi thi kal,2 working boys are on counter,such a lazy person, not interested to selling ice cream, no attend,n hv lots n lots attitude,such bad experience..

I love this shop for there coustomer service and there sundaes must visit

Pathetic

Yesterday, I went to this shop and asked which flavour was good. The shopkeeper suggested one, and I selected it. Before making the payment, I specifically asked whether the family pack was available. He confirmed that it was, so I proceeded with the payment. However, after the payment, he handed me a broken and unsealed pack. When I refused to accept it, he insisted that I take the damaged box and was not willing to refund my money. Instead, he kept telling me to choose another flavour. When I repeatedly requested a refund, he started arguing with me. Eventually, another staff member provided me with a new, sealed pack of the same flavour. I was shocked and surprised because the shopkeeper had earlier claimed that the flavour was not available. This experience was extremely disappointing and unpleasant. This is actually the second time I have faced issues at this shop. On a previous visit, when I purchased Irani ice cream, I was given a smaller quantity than expected. Overall, my experience with this shop has been very poor, and I am dissatisfied with their customer service and business practices.
