We celebrated our son’s birthday at Chuck E. Cheese Kuwait, and it was a wonderful experience! The pizzas and birthday cake were delicious, and the kids had plenty of time to play and enjoy all the games. A special thanks to the host, who was so kind, patient, and amazing with the kids. Everything was well organized, and our family and friends had a fantastic time. Even the adults enjoyed themselves! Highly recommend Chuck E. Cheese for a fun and memorable birthday celebration!

I had such a great experience at Chuck E. Cheese! It’s the perfect place for families and kids to have fun together. The atmosphere is lively and colorful, with tons of games that kept everyone entertained for hours. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly. The food was better than expected—fresh pizza, tasty snacks, and plenty of options for both kids and adults.Everything felt clean, safe, and well-organized. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for birthday parties or just a fun day out. Definitely worth visiting again!

I visited Chuck E. Cheese at Al Muhallab Mall with my child after getting coupons from City Center supermarket downstairs. Unfortunately, the experience was below expectations. The place feels neglected, and many of the games were either broken or not working, which was disappointing for the kids. They do have a birthday hall and a small indoor playground, which might be suitable for simple gatherings. The staff were friendly, but they didn’t assist much when it came to fixing or addressing the non-working games. Overall, the experience was fair, but not worth a special visit. There are many better entertainment options in Kuwait that offer a more enjoyable and well-maintained environment.

Highly recommend this place for kids, it’s in an active place in Hawally, kids can play arcades, even some teenagers! Mousa in ChuckebE Cheese was an excellent helper and other staff at the reception area, very helpful & highly energetic! Love this place &!will definitely come back

We had a great and amazing time today with my family, it was out first visit and my daughter had fun, played alot of games and were assissted by Ms. Jane and sir Jun at the counter. All staffs were very courteous and helpful with us. And greeted us warmly. The food was hot and fresh as well.. Thank you so much! Will surely visit again

We had a fun and enjoyable experience in Chuck E Cheese - Hawally. We availed the unlimited play for two hours promo and it was truly worth it! The games are fun and staff are kind and corteous, esp. Mr. June. Plus food was great too. Highly recommendable place for kids to have a wonderful arcade experience.

Just got our sons birthday party last night,the Filipino Staff are amazing very accommodating,organized and professional JUN,AMY and EMi (im not sure if i mentioned the 2 ladies name right 🤭, bcoz i’m with JUN all the time 😊).. the food are served in time and they are excellent specially the bbq ranch pizza and the chicken wings.. well designed birthday area,i love that birthday song that plays with the celebrant name on its lyrics 👏 the Kids and Parents enjoyed the 2 hours free arcade play … overall experience was awesome and amazing,highly recommended,inexpensive but not cheap,just right on the pocket…keep it up Chuck E. cheese guys 👏🫡❤️ ….

Today I visited your place, and honestly the cashier was excellent. I asked about her name, and her name is Sunshine. She was very polite, respectful, and professional in the way she spoke and dealt with customers. I really appreciate her attitude and I want to compliment the management for having such a great employee. I hope the rest of the staff can follow his example.

We had an amazing time celebrating my daughters birthday there. Relaxed atmosphere for adults and kids can have the time of their lives playing games and running free in a safe and fun environment. The staff was amazing, super helpful and kind. The pizza 🍕 was yummy. All in all, a wonderful place to spend some time in a not so crowded atmosphere. A really fun and different place to celebrate a birthday.

One of the staff named Musa, he is very good staff and he helped us a lot, however it is not full because there are games that are closed/shut

Had an amazing experience at Chuck E. Cheese! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole visit even more enjoyable. The entertainment was fantastic, and there was so much for the kids to do...they absolutely loved every minute of it! It’s such a great place for families, and we’ll definitely be coming back again soon. Highly recommend!

The value of incredible, some games are broken but it's fine for the price. I recommend this place. Employees were not super nice but helpful none the less. Parking is actually easy in the mall, especially that it's almost a dead mall. most shops there are closed. but overall the experience was good.

Nice atmosphere. Very kid friendly. The food was not good honestly. The mozzarella sticks were extremely bland (no seasonings not even salt), the pizza was mediocre. The nuggets were the best honestly cause they felt like the ones you can make at home. There were multiple games that were out of service. Maybe i'll come back so I can finish the points on the card.

Nice indoor place for kids..Good food and great staff.
