For a place that supposed to prioritize health and safety,this was a massive failure. If they can't handle a basic emergency like power outage, i seriously doubt how they are handling patient care overall.. If you question anything they think we are misbehaving with them and they refuse to take any bookings and ask you to sign undertaking that anything happens that is not their problem.. can u believe how can they ask something to a patient... Totally rude behaviour by the receptionist which is unacceptable..
