𝐍𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐲 of foods, and no maintainance too.At the initial time of admission they will give lot of promisses but untill now we have not seen anything been followed. The management shows such a 3rd party behavior towards the tenants. Plzz don't fall in the loop of such frauds and waste the money.

Ok place Honestly far from concept of value for money *From my experience* Literally won't let you book until you paid the advance payment but when it came to refunding security deposit, had to wait more than 45 days (and another week because of "delay" as per their explanation) , which was not at all appreciated. (N don't forget there is fine for late payment) 😑 Under previous heads, Mismanagement of mess facility, some people couldn't eat as food gets finished quickly 🙄 There is cleaning but you have to inform the staff (unlike the promise of cleaning every 3 days) Option of 2/3/4 person rooms available No TEA, have to go to surrounding tea shop (shop also has noon meals) It's fine place but don't expect too much... And keep your belongings safe (especially when you are not in the room)...🙂

My friends and I had a disappointing experience at Stanza Living Kochi Auburn Home. Despite a month-long reservation, the rooms weren't ready upon our check-in on January 21, 2024. Cleanliness was subpar, with dust, used toiletries, and broken amenities. Despite reporting the issues, no improvement was made even after 24 hours. We decided to check out on January 23, 2024, at 8 pm. Stanza Living fell short of its promise of providing clean rooms and amenities. Disappointing stay overall.

❌❌❌To be honest, the room and everything are fine.But the Stanza living, even if they pay rent on the correct date, they will be fined. We paid the rent on the correct date, and when we were supposed to leave, they made unnecessary payments, saying that we spent too much there.I just wanted to get my security deposit back so I left it all behind but I have been out of the Stanza living for around 5 months now and I still haven't gotten my security deposit back. Even as I am writing this review I still haven't gotten my security deposit back. I have tried contacting them many times and calling customer care but no action has been taken. Raise a ticket. No action has been taken other than saying they will raise a ticket.❌❌❌

Stay is decent. But its been about three months still no refund of deposit. Service was just okayish. Most of the time cleaning service was not available.

Honestly, Cleanliness surpasses expectations; all spaces are regularly sanitized and well maintained by diligent staff. The management’s dedication to resident satisfaction is clear through routine updates and feedback channels. The move-in experience was smooth, with proactive staff ensuring no delays or hassles. Each meal is well prepared, focusing on both taste and nutrition to cater to diverse needs.

I was scared about moving to other city but now with such good platforms, anyone can do it. Amazing options for pg and pricing is great value according to the benefits provided. Best thing is their customer service genuine cares and makes sure that we’re comfortable. Proper feedback is taken time to time and no issues for safety. You can completely trust them.

Bogus in all aspects including food, maintenance, cleanliness and housekeeping. I would recommend this to no one. Crap property.

I left there 2+ months ago. Still didnt got my security amount back. I been calling daily and not responding. Mailed and ignored. If stanza sees this please give my money back. Atleast give me a response.

It was great experience to book through Stanza Living. They genuinely helped me find the best suited hostel for my budget.Also I had to cancel a booking and make another. They were super helpful in doing so and made it possible for me. Thank you so much to entire team!

Nice place to stay for bachelor's. Property is maintained neat and clean. Food is ok if you like to experiment. Secure and safe with CC cameras all over the place and a security guard. Quite and peaceful neighborhood. Over all good ambiance.

Good stay, friendly staff, great privacy if required, Ease of access.But could reduce a bit more on the price

Please do not opt this PG. My personal opinion: there is no similarity with what they promote or what they say at beginning. Rooms are not cleaned, always we must tell them to clean. moreover it has become our job to remind them about their duty every single time. Really fed up! WORST PG AT THIS PRICE POINT. PS:I'm writing this about Auburn House. And I don't know about the condition of any other pg's of the same handle. Thank you.

Even after 2 months they have not refunded the deposit money. Not replying on customer service. Do not trust this PG with your deposit money. Services were average according to the price.

Very bad experience when it comes to refunding the security deposti…its been 2 months ,still i havent my refund

I have stayed there for 1 year in 2 sharing room and after few months the resident captain shifted me to a 3 sharing room because the another person paid extra rent and took the whole room so I was paying 2 sharing rent but I stayed in 3 sharing room for around 8 months now I have ended my contract and I got an additional accommodation charge of 2590 which was a mistake from the resident captain and he’s not giving any proper explanation overall it’s a bad place to stay idk about other stanza residences
