Luis, Ayman and Helen - these guys make my morning :) they’re very kind and hospitable. They churn through so many coffees in the morning- I don’t know how they memorise so many people‘s coffees, but It makes the process more personalised. I love Nero as a brand anyway- great coffee and good ethics. But the staff make my Morning coffee ritual delightful.

Best guys are working here and they make best coffees. Literally they make everyone’s morning to start amazing they are dream team to have. Even they know everyone’s name in the building… amazing service always and even on busy days they always handle

The branch in standard chartered is amazing Ayman and Luis is very welcoming and warm I am happy to just have my coffee everyday great service

On 30th May- I visited the store at approximately 5:36 PM, well before the posted closing time of 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, the cashier informed me that they were already closed and not taking any further orders. I had come specifically to purchase biscuit wafers and was disappointed to be turned away despite arriving within business hours. I completely understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise, but I believe it’s important for operating hours to be consistently observed or clearly communicated in case of any changes.

The staff in this branch are outstanding. In particular Gerald and Stella who just brighten your day when you go in. They know everyone’s order of by heart and have it prepped by the time you reach the checkout. Exceptional customer service skills and they genuinely enjoy chatting with their customers. This is a good cafe has a good coffee. But I think it needs more quick bites.

Unfortunately, as a customer who frequents this location, I was denied my coffee because they didn’t have change for 100 bill. Without any notice saying no cash/only cash. Customer service experience is subpar at this location, showing no sense of responsibility or offering a paying customer his order after it has been prepared.

After lot of time in mall i decided to visit a cafe near me and i when i got over there i find a very pleasent guy called ONGCHU who was assisting in my option about my coffee giving me a suggestion & giving me a brief about every coffee. I like the pistachio latte and san sebastain which he suggested me like to visit again for the coffee.

Am a regular patron of Caffe Nero Standard Chartered Tower Downtown Dubai not only because of the variety of their food selection, good flat white and convenient location, but am also drawn by the very warm nature and greetings of its personnel—- kudos to Clarissa, Gerald and Stella!
