I would like to raise a complaint regarding the behavior of the receptionist. The person handling the reception was very rude and unprofessional while speaking with me. I simply requested that my call be transferred to the HR department, but he denied it. After that, I asked for the HR email address, and he refused to share it as well. Being at the reception desk, it is important to communicate politely and assist customers properly. I request the management to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure better customer handling in the future.

Recently I visited Beauty world happening at wtc for the exhibion ..! And got to check armaf stall for the luxurious and beautiful perfumes.. love the packaging and Unique smell in each perfumes..! Sterling was one the Main key Sponsor for the show and They are having 3 brands under which main is armaf , hamidi and Cosmo..! If you are nearby i ask everyone to Visit.

I visited the factory to raise a concern about a bottle of Club de Nuit Intense Man Pure Parfum that’s not lasting—barely two hours on the skin. The lady at the entrance was kind and listened, mentioning that they’ve recently received similar complaints. She contacted her manager, who simply responded, “All batches are the same, there’s no issue—we sell internationally.” With all due respect, if there truly were no issue, there wouldn’t be multiple reviewers raising the same concern—both on Google and your own website. There’s also quite a bit of discussion on platforms like Reddit, where users from around the world are noticing the same drop in performance. Dismissing genuine customer feedback with a blanket statement isn’t helpful, and comes across as dismissive rather than constructive.

Dear Sterling, I think you forgot to add fragrance oils to my Club De Nuit Intense Man EDP. Longevity and projection are very poor. Although the scent (or rather the small amount of it) is great, I am sincerely disappointed.

I bought a bottle of Club de Nuit Intense Man perfume through online.Regrettably, the product did not meet my expectations as the scent lasted for only one hour. I strongly advise against purchasing this particular perfume as the quality seems to have significantly declined in recent times. It is disheartening to receive such a poor item, especially considering its price.

Better to by online don’t waist time going there should be a nice experience to by in person and nothing to be. Depend who is in the store is the price that you get I have been baying same perfume for some time and I got it for Aed 55 today the Filipina lady working decide to give me same price online 68 Aed and Not to mention that she is unfriendly and has no attention to the public. In short, I do not recommend visiting the store, better make your purchases online

hope all are fine it's my very honest review smell is Good but alwys have one issue with club the nuites perfume the spray pump is very low quilty and alwys I open cap of bottle lots of perfume are leak on the spray pump area 15 to 20 ml perfume waste becuse of this issue regards

I am here to express my gratitude for their customer service and after sales support. There was a defect in atomizer of my 200ml bottles of CDNIM, they tried to repair it but it didn't happen for some reason. Juice left was less than half of bottle's size (assuming less than 100ml) and these guys just replaced my bottle with a new one (complete 200ml)!!! Executive at the reception Ms. Beza was amazing as well. Keep up the good work :)

They have very good collection,long lasting scent for both men and women,i like how Archie accomodate me for all the queries i asked.,its recommendable 😇😇😇
