I have very sensitive teeth, and today was the first time I was able to have cleaning and polishing done without anesthesia—and completely pain-free. Reception was fine overall, but honestly the consultation wasn’t what I expected. Dr Gad had a bit of an attitude and didn’t really explain my case clearly and kept asking what other clinics had told me instead. He also focused a lot on showing previous work photos rather than giving me a direct opinion about my own situation. It also felt a bit rushed, like there was pressure to start treatment right away before even discussing all the details properly. As for pricing, I was only given the implant and crown cost. I asked for a detailed treatment plan and full quotation, but they wouldn’t send it, which made the whole process feel lacking in transparency and raised concerns about possible hidden charges later. Do never trust instagram advertising and videos, thanks to God I was smart enough not to fall into it.
