The phone number listed for the Balenciaga store in Dubai Mall is incorrect. I tried contacting the store several times with no success. It’s disappointing that such a high-end brand doesn’t keep their contact information updated. I hope this is fixed soon, as it causes inconvenience for customers.

Very bad service. Dropped off a bag for repair. They said it would take 2 months to repair it ( it just needed a screw) it has been now 3 months i still did not receive my bag or any updates. I have to chase the unresponsive staff to know what the status of the bag is. All this ,plus i have to pay a fee for the repair. From experience i did not have the same issue with the prada or chanel stores. Super disappointing for a « luxury service »

My experience at the Balenciaga store in the Dubai Mall was extremely disappointing. To begin with, my card got blocked while attempting to make a payment, necessitating a call to my bank in Switzerland, which cost me at least 294 Dirhams (70 Francs * 4.2 exchange rate). The belt I was looking to purchase was priced at around 1900 Dirhams. Despite spending an hour in the store and explicitly requesting a new belt with no signs of wear, I received one that was not only visibly used but also immediately tore upon trying it on. It appears that the salesperson knowingly handed over a defective belt, possibly due to my youthful appearance. Such customer treatment is unacceptable and disgraceful for a reputable brand like Balenciaga. This experience only reinforces my decision to never shop at this scandal-ridden brand again. Additionally, I encourage prospective customers to read other reviews, as my experience seems to be consistent with others who have also had unsatisfactory encounters;) Thank you for reading.

Got a bag for over 2000€, after 3 weeks it was defect and they don’t care a second. They told me before about the international guarantee and focus on good service… worst service is the reality
