I registered my company in Ajman through Positive Zone after they promised to help me open a bank account. My registration was handled by Dhruti. I trusted them and paid all the required fees. After the company was registered, I visited many banks and also went personally to several branches. Every bank refused to open my account because my license does not include a banking clause. This very important point was never clearly explained to me before taking my money. Because of this, I could not start any business and did not earn even one dirham. When the renewal time came, they asked me to renew the company or face fines, even though the company was useless without a bank account. No proper or practical solution was provided to fix this issue. In the end, I had no option but to close the company, and I was charged AED 4,500 as cancellation fees. My money, time, and energy were completely wasted, and this whole experience caused me a lot of stress. Based on my experience, I do not recommend going with them. Please be very careful, ask detailed questions, and get everything in writing before registering a company through this provider.
