Illuminating with lightening and mirrors are there every where. You will get goosebumps there. You'll feel unimaginable positive experience. The female staff are humble and customer friendly. They are very helpful. I mistakenly purchased short sized T-shirt and when I went to return it, they humbly exchanged the t-shirt. Thanks to the staff and their service.

You cannot tell the customer to put back clothes that they want to try. That is your job, you are paid for it. Learn to do your job. Customers are paying for clothes, they don't work in the store. Go to the other outlet, skip this one.

Very disappointed with the customer service. The staff was extremely unprofessional and arrogant when I went to exchange a defective product. Instead of addressing the issue politely, they argued unnecessarily and even tried to blame the customer. After a long argument, the management finally admitted the mistake, but the lower staff continued to behave rudely. Such unprofessional behavior leaves a very negative impression and spoils the shopping experience.

Not a good experience. There is no proper queue at the counter, and customers crowd around it. During peak hours, only one counter is working while six remain closed. Staff is unhelpful and unsupportive. Please look into it
