Theatre place is small as compared to other theater but there screen is amazing and chair and rooms vibes are fantastic and also canteen price are also low it's amazing experience for me

I do not want to give even a single star for this theatre. Yesterday, I booked tickets for the movie “Ikkas”. I traveled almost 30 minutes from Vejalpur to reach the theatre. After checking our tickets, they allowed us inside the auditorium. However, when the movie started, we realized that a completely different movie was playing. When we asked the staff about this, they rudely told us that no movie named “Ikkas” was available and said we could either watch the wrong movie or leave and ask for a refund. The security guard spoke very badly and disrespectfully, asked us to leave the premises, and showed no basic courtesy. This behavior caused unnecessary mental harassment, stress, and waste of time and travel. When we asked to speak to the manager, he was also unhelpful and said the refund would only come from the booking platform, not from their side, and gave no solution for the inconvenience caused. Only after we clearly stated that this was fraud and that we were ready to call the police, did they agree to process an immediate refund. Refunding the ticket amount does NOT compensate for: Travel time and expenses Mental harassment Rude behavior of staff Spoiled plans and frustration This was a very unprofessional and unethical experience. I strongly do not recommend this theatre to anyone.

Medium theater. Sound quality was medium and space also very less Not recommend to take last raw seat, we will not get leg space proper . Also they are saying to put bag outside which is not good and correct

Its the worst theatre. My experience has been very poor with this theatre. I recently watched dhurandhar 2 which wasn’t even started on time and after getting angry and scolding them, they started the show 30mins late and they didn’t even let me watch the post credits scene. They just stopped rolling the movie after the last scene and when credits were rolling. I was sitting and waiting for the post credit scene but they turned off. Very poor staff and low quality theatre.

No proper air conditioning and screen size is unexpectedly small. The ac makes noice and there is only one speaker for the sound. Not worth the ticket price you pay... Disappointed

Visited Havelock Conflix Cinemas, Maninagar. The theatre is fine, but the security staff was very rude and unwelcoming. Instead of guiding politely, the behavior felt uncomfortable and unfriendly. A cinema should start the experience with a smile, not attitude. Management should work on basic customer hospitality training.

I really appreciate this cinema staff ….. on 14th feb we were trying for movie show but 7 pm show time was convenient to us,,,, but there was not singal booking for that show. Instead of negative reply they run the show for us for only 2 people it’s really very humble and satisfying costumer approach

One of the few theatres in Kankariya area. From entry gate to main hall no lights were available. It was too dark to walk. Seats were not properly cleaned in screen 3 sofa. Screen hall was little smelly. Picture and sound quality is average. I could see speakers all around but only front were working. There's no surround sound. Exit gate area was also dirty and reekig of bad smell. Not a good experience.

It was good experience, staff was extremely well trained and behaved. Food was okay. Theatre is well maintained. Overall good experience .

If you are fond of the big screen, then Screen 2 and 3 are not for you. Though the seats are very comfortable,the screen size is small. The atmosphere is conducive and welcoming. Sound and picture quality is superb.

It was amazing experience, We have booked first row which is totally different than usual sitting, we watched movie with very comfortable seats, I feel like I was in my bad and watching movie at my home. Amazing experience ever. Must try.

WOULD BE GIVING NEGATIVE RATINGS IF POSSIBLE. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this cinema. We paid extra for premium seats, only to have water leaking from the AC directly onto us throughout the movie. Within ten minutes of the movie starting, the lights went out, and the projector stopped, halting the film. When we brought the initial AC issue to the staff's attention, we were simply asked to move to different seats. This is completely unacceptable. The cinema clearly has serious maintenance issues and doesn't seem to care about customer comfort or satisfaction. I would not recommend wasting your money here. NEVER COMING BACK HERE!!!!!

The cinema is very good. The security staff here is excellent and helpful. The canteen staff treats everyone very nicely, and their behavior is commendable. The housekeeping service is also very good. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
