I had a very good experience with Etalt 1. The service was smooth and professional, and the staff were helpful throughout the process. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I am satisfied with the overall experience and would recommend them to others.

Updated my Comment with a Proof of video and this going on from last 1 Year and seems thanks to Stratum Brokers give 5-star ratings just to sell/rent apartments. I don’t know how people tolerate the constant loud noises (drilling, hammering) from construction that’s been going on for the past year. **No fire safety checks?** Even though we pay maintenance fees to Al Fahidi Gas, they never inspect the apartments anymore. **Past and Current Issues:** - **Poor exhaust system** - **Low-quality windows** (Rain, sand, and insects enter the apartment from Windows) - **Fire alarm system still not fixed** after the garbage room fire (almost 2 years now). Do civil inspection team inspect properly this?

Good building for families …2020 building with a very spacious rooms which rarely can be found all over Dubai in the same aged buildings. Good maintenance. The smell of building is always fresh .

Our apartment is always kept clean and well-maintained, and the supervisor and security is responsive. However, it's a concern for me that they don't allow us to keep anything outside the apartment.

The quality of the building construction is very poor. No matter how much you care, the walls keep bulging, with flakes and cracks appearing. If you ask management to address the issues, you end up waiting indefinitely without any real progress. Otherwise location is really pleasant.
