شريت من فرع راس الخيمه ولا عطوني فاتوره ولا وصلني مسج ولا ايميل ،، ولا عندهم رقم للتواصل ،، راحت اربيعتي وقلتلهم بالتوقيت مع التاريخ والمبلغ ممكن يطلعون الفاتوره بسهوله لكن مش متعاونين والجوتي الي خذته ما اقدر ابدله شو الفايده !!!! صدق شي يقهر 👎🏻. احرصي تاخذين فاتوره لضمان حقج

Surprised with such nice behavior and welcoming staff usually it's not the case 😔 I went for shopping they ask if you need help and they are smiling you feel a bit excited to do more shopping kindness always pays off They was a gentleman I didn't catch his name his speaks Arabic and is tall he is so sweet and helpful thanks once again !!

I had such a nice experience at the Zara store in Manar Mall, I was honestly a bit confused about which colors actually suit me I kept second-guessing everything I picked. That’s when Nadine, one of the staff there, came to help me out and she was just amazing She was not only really sweet and patient, but also super professional in the way she guided me. She took her time, asked the right questions, and helped me figure out what actually works for my skin tone and style. I never felt rushed or awkward , she made me feel really comfortable and confident while shopping Big thank you to Nadine for being so kind and helpful It honestly made my day. من أحسن فروع زارا بصراحة! المكان دايمًا نضيف ومرتب، والستايلات دايمًا شيك وفيها جديد. الموظفين ذوق جدًا وبيساعدوا من غير ما حد يطلب. تجربة تسوق حلوة ومريحة جدًا 👌

The guy with a blond hair, his cashier is working really hard. Whilst the girl with bleached long hair instead of help him chilling with an iPhone and absolutely doesn’t care. In front of me he asked her to join him on cash register and she replied she can’t, she has to send something. I don’t know the policy of ZARA but shouldn’t you firstly help the customer and your colleague which is working under pressure? 5 stars to that guy. 1 star to this girl. Because of her I had to unnecessarily wait and I’m in hurry.

Zara Rak is the only branch that I enjoy shopping at, only because of the perfect customer service, specifically Aya Eid I just wanted to tell you that You're really good at focusing on what customers need and require. You have a real instinct to understand the customers. Good work! You have the natural ability to understand and feel what your customers are experiencing, and you are able to meet their needs effectively.
