Had the worst experience ever. I’m a regular customer at Al Mulla Exchange however this is the first time I’ve dealt with such a ridiculous staff. The male staff at the last counter was extremely rude and DISRESPECTFUL. Had 0 customer service skills and kept constantly arguing with me when his ego got hurt. I was still holding my self together and speaking in a normal tone, but his tone was over the roof and the nuisance he kept saying…. As I was leaving the branch, he passed a comment to which I turned back and I was like “what??? Please Is no need to be rude.” And as I said his male ego got hurt, and he started blabbering anything forgetting that he’s at work. I tried to ask him politely for his name but he was like “why?” , “no” “why?” I was ABSOLUTELY surprised at how NONE of the other employees said 1 word to stop his unacceptable behaviour. I request someone to get in touch with me, cuz I want to report his behaviour. And if I don’t hear back, I will personally visit the branch to report his action to his supervisor or higher management. And please Al Mulla group , I do not want your generic reply, if you see the other reviews they have complained about your staffs at this branch as well. DO BETTER. HIRE BETTER. Hire people who are kind. Give them better training.
