Taste doesn't matter when you didn't feel comfortable. This place is just for parties. If you are going there duo. They are not treating you well. They just ignore you. You have to look and wait when they will come and you give them order. Even when you give them order they will take around 40 minutes just for one burger or steak. Overall my experience was very bad. And I told this thing to their manager as well.

The Food was very Delicious. Service was Excellent. Behavior of the servers and the staff was very professional moreover the atmosphere was very relaxing... But one thing I should adress, is the creepy noise of chairs while making them shift from one place to other, they have to add some rubber paddings to avoid this problem. Thanks ..

It’s the kind of place where you can go for dinner with friends, a casual date, or even bring visitors who are new to SGD. One thing I appreciated was that even though the restaurant was quite full when we arrived, the experience never felt rushed. We stayed longer than expected, just talking and enjoying the atmosphere. Overall, I’d definitely go back. There are so many restaurants in SGD now, but ALASKA COURTYARD feels like one of the few places that actually lives up to the hype.

Food was nice and service was good, and the service by Asif and Asad was good too. They were polite, helpful, and cooperative. Unfortunately, there was one illiterate staff member who kept complaining to us many times about my son’s activity and repeatedly disturbed us during the event. This behavior was uncomfortable and affected our overall experience on 14 February 2026. I request to management plz take notice strictly. Thank you

I ordered a kebab from this restaurant, and it was a terrible experience. The meat was completely uncooked, had a strong unpleasant smell, and was inedible. This is totally unacceptable for any restaurant, especially one serving meat dishes. I was extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from here again. I hope they seriously improve their food quality and hygiene standards.

It was such a nice experience at alaska celebrating bridal shower of my sister. Loved the vibe and staff was so professional. Everything was a top notch , food, service and ambiance. The manager there named Assad was super helping and professional. He really did an outstanding job.

Had dinner there. I tried Chicken Maharani Handi, Chicken Achari Karahi, Polo Tuscan and Reshmi kababs. Reshmi kababs were really good. Staff behavior needs improvement. Fresh salad was not up to the mark, so I asked them to return. They did so, but after arguing, which felt very bad. Card payments accepted. Washroom available but it's on 1st floor. It's a great place to visit in sargodha, no doubt a luxury restaurant because I had a feeling of five star hotel there. The ambiance was just marvelous with pink, blue and purple dim lights, the slow music was catchy. You will need a reservation here if you are planning a party here because most of the times it remains crowdy. Service was great and the staff was very polite and professional, but as far as the food is concerned, it was good but not good enough to match the standard of atmosphere and service of this restaurant. There was nothing wrong with food but it was not as good as I expected after seeing the interior and luxuriousness of the place. Must visit it if you wanna make snaps and click photos here to post on insta but never visit it if you are middle class like me😂 I think you understand what I am saying.

We went there around 11 pm. There was no wait for seating. We ordered loaded fries and volcano lava cake. Fries came out in around 10 minutes. There were hardly 3,4 chicken strips in it. The taste was okay but not great. I ordered volcano lava cake after craving it for so long but was disappointed as it was dry n hard. The sauce tasted good, the ice cream was also nice, but the cake base didn't really stand out. Service however was excellent 👌. They even gave balloons to my kid to keep them engaged while we ate. The atmosphere was also good, overall a nice place to eat with family but if you are a foodie, then opt for some other option.

The ambiance is amazing the location is great but the service was not upto the mark and the order taker didn't know about the menu items and what's the specialty of the restaurant. Orders burger of 630 each which just an ordinary zinger type burger and the price did not justify the burger because we can easily get double petty beef burger in this price. Overall the food really disappointed me but the ambiance is great the service was slow
