Al Fanar Residence

The buildings are nicely arranged with great parking lots. The apartment plans and designs are relatively good with large windows that provide a calmer environment. There are multiple kids playgrounds accommodated with rest areas for parents/babysitters. The only and major troublesome experience is with the security people. They question & interrogate all visitors and ask to hand in their IDs, even for delivery people. I started to feel that I am in a prison, and my visitors started to hate coming. There are reasonable security questions, but to ask for IDs and to call my phone number to confirm and still inquire the ID like I’m a smuggler, C’mon! I pay so much for the provided square footage to receive this hostility?

Runny wet floors in the toilet. Ceiling fell it and roof collapsed due to boiler issue! Can’t get enough rest and sleep due to work being done outside apartment. None stop drilling and loud sound at midnight! No rest for kids so please speak with workers regarding this issue! Work during the day and leave people to rest at night!

The residence does not deliver the money they charge. The gym is dismal with broken equipment. The guards are rude and don't speak English. The rooms are small and washrooms cluttered with water always staying accumulated. Security is better and parking is inside, but children play inside with bicycles and footballs, so the cars are never safe. The management takes care of maintenance which is usually provided when asked. The play areas are there for kids, but these aren't safe because they are very tight with steel fences next to swings. The appt has access door to parking of Al Fanar Mall which is a good option.

الوضع بكل صراحه في السكن من ايجابيات ومن سلبيات ( اولا ريحه مجاري تطلع بالشقق مالها حل نادينا الصيانه اكثر من مره ومافي فايده + الايجارات عاليه + الاطفال يلعبون في مواقف السيارات كنها حديقه بيتهم مو باركنق يعني ممكن تدعس بزر مادريت من كثرهم و متهورين يطلعون من كل مكان واغلب السكان غير سعوديين + ريحة الطبخ تعبي العماره كامله عاد اذا جارك هندي لك ان تتخيل ) ايجابيات ( السكرتيه متساعدين وحريصين ويعجبني حرصهم في دخول السيارات امان يعني ، الصيانه جيده ، موقع الكمباوند بطل ، العماله متواجدين اغلب الوقت ويسهل امور كثيره في بعض الخدمات ) و بس
