I’ve been living at Ovel View Apartment in Borella for the past two years, and one of the biggest highlights of this apartment is the breathtaking view. From the balcony and windows, you get a clear, unobstructed view of the surrounding cityscape, greenery, and sunsets, which makes daily living much more enjoyable and relaxing. The apartment itself is spacious and well-designed, allowing natural light to fill the rooms and complement the beautiful scenery outside. Despite being in a busy area, the view makes the apartment feel peaceful and private.

Located near Colombo in a well-populated area close to Borella, this place offers a comfortable and refined living experience. Resident for nearly 4 years here and quite a good resident experience in my life No bad vibes from the community, no sound issues Security and maintenance are perfectly fine Community events are also happening time to time

I’m a resident of this apartment. It’s so nicely finished and really well organized. The view from the 17 th floor is unbelievable. Really spacious and calming place. At the moment it is not yet fully furnished and still the other residents are taking their keys. Most of them are still not living here but sooner it will be .

It’s a very huge apartment complex. Everyone has a different opinion of their own about the apartment complex but I can only relate to my experience and I don’t like the place to call it a home. I am not offending anyone who lives there peacefully.

So convenient location to schools, hospitals & can reach Colombo city centre within 10 minutes. Almost all occupants are professionals and peasant members. Value for the price..A great experience so far. Recommend for anyone wants to live in Colombo city for an affordable price.

Well maintained apartment complex. Decent residents and breathtaking views of Colombo skyline all around. Luckiest of the residents get to enjoy cricket matches at Oval from their apartment balconies.

Still under construction. 608 housing units with parking facilities, swimming pool and etc. Only applicable for government employees.

We got an apartment here a couple of months ago and it’s amazing the view to the oval is splendid the gentle breeze from the balcony left me speechless. Overall even though people think the area ain’t that safe the security and the rest of the place is up to standards.
