انتظرت قدام مكتب المقدم يوسف خمس دقايق بس عشان يخلص سوالفه مع زملائه عن نادي الوصل. ولا حسيت عمري أني داخل مجلس ليس دائرة حكومية. ورد عليه بخصوص موضوعي بدون ما يطالعني ولا يعبر لي بأي اهتمام أني واقف قدامه. كان يكلم صاحبه في نفس الوقت أنا اكلمه في موضوعي. يحزني إني أشوف ناس ماسكه هل مناصب في اماراتي ولا تقدر المواطن او الوافد.

خدمة ممتازة من شرطة أبوظبي – قسم المرور والمركبات. سرعة في إنجاز المعاملات، تنظيم عالي، وتعامل راقٍ من الموظفين. تجربة مريحة تعكس التطور الكبير في الخدمات الحكومية. كل الشكر والتقدير لهم

I recently visited the Abu Dhabi Traffic Department and I was amazed by how smooth and efficient the entire process was. The staff was professional, helpful, and well-organized, ensuring that everything was handled quickly. The digital systems in place made transactions seamless, reducing wait times significantly. Updating my traffic profile number or TCN in just 3 minutes and free of charge. Amazing!!!

We arrived at 3.45pm only to be told they are already closed (advertised as 4pm close) - we just needed to pick up a drivers license. Security on the door was very unhelpful - he just said 4pm close includes staff pack up time but then continued to let 3 other people in but wouldn’t let us in.

Very impressed and happy Need to get my license transferred, very organized and prompt. Got it new license within 10 mins without any hassle

If you need to get a mortgage release of your car, this is where you should go. Getting the release is easy and fast. Just get a token from the reception. Wait for your turn. Just pay 100aed. And after 2 mins, they will print your new mulkiya where the tab which says "Mortgaged by" will be blank. And you're done! I'm really loving UAE's "Happiness Centers".

زرت القياده العامه لشرطه ابوظبي. قسم ترخيص المركبات في المبني الرئيسي وكانت لدي معامله لم اجد لها حل وتم توجيهي للوكيل يوسف قائد الحربي في الدور الاول حيث قدم لي حل سهل وبطريقه مبتكره علما انه يتمتع ببشاشه وابتسامه مع المراجعين شكرا شرطه ابوظبي

I visited the department on Jan 14, 2021 and there are certain updates regarding transferring a vehicle between seller n buyer. You can transfer the vehicle without appearing here and procedure is as follows Buyer and seller should have account in Abu Dhabi police website. Seller should clear all his/her fines before transfer. Buyer should get vehicle insurance based on the vehicle inspection report provided to him by seller. Buyer shall pay to seller the agreed vehicle price. Once all above is done the seller can login to abudhabi police account and transfer the vehicle. The payment for transfer n registration renewal to be paid by buyer at that time online. This procedure shall take 4- 5 minutes if all documents and formalities are completed prior. The registration card can be obtained by buyer from nearby machine or can be obtained at home/office at cost of AED 12.
