All the positive reviews here appear misleading. In reality, there is very little to appreciate in this society—there is no proper power backup, maintenance services are inadequate, construction quality is poor, and the overall infrastructure is substandard. The common areas are often dirty and poorly maintained. Before deciding to move in, it is advisable to speak directly with the current residents to understand the actual situation. Don’t rely solely on the claims made by the builder or brokers, as they may not reflect the ground reality.

First time to India, we had a nice view of the park below, was nice to see so many people out exercising every day. Close to many places to shop too.

Worst atmosphere and no one is living here at night there is no backup and there is light there is no people to talk nd no one is there to live i m stuck in thid building i dnt now how much time this will countinue the worst experience of having an flat in kbnowns it was my worst decision there is no light since 6 hours in this building dnt buy any flat in this building it

Builder cheated us. This is the state of my flat after paying 108 % of the cost more than 10 years ago.

Constructed with resistance of upto 9 reacter scale earthquake, as claimed by builder, 3 side open flats are a good option provided OC and CC are obtained and registry of flats get started . Although finishing of flats is not good and a much delayed project, but prices were also low as compared to other projects but hanging for last around 10 years.

Very good spacious apartments. Has big enough green spot between buildings. All rooms have terrace and wide shaft inside each tower is quite unique

Ridiculous delays. People's money is blocked and the builders keep providing a new ready date each time. The frustrating fact is their website advertises this as Ready to Move in.....Frauds. Please don't block your money with them.

Very bad construction. Even after getting the possession letter builder is not giving possession. The builder staff starting misbehaving. Dont invest even a single rupee. These people are goon and dangerous.

The project is spacious , nicely located and reasonably priced.. it was hanged for a while .Now coming up on full swing.. Recommended
