Yesterday, May 27 around 9:30 PM, I visited your store to look for 18k gold items. When I went to the 18k section, most of the staff were assisting customers in the 22k section while one staff member stayed at the cashier counter. I waited for assistance but no one approached me, so I personally asked the cashier staff if someone could assist me.
He told me that your store was not selling 18k gold that day and advised me to come back the next day. Because of that information, I returned the following day, only to be told by the same cashier staff that 18k gold would only be available on Saturday.
I felt very disappointed because my effort and time were wasted due to inconsistent information. The staff’s attitude also felt unwelcoming, and it seemed like he was irritated when answering my concern.
I hope you can improve your customer service and ensure that customers receive proper assistance and accurate information.
