We visited CJS at One Galle Face Mall and had a wonderful shopping experience. I was looking for earrings for my wedding, and we received the warmest, most friendly service. Mr. Rukshan did an excellent job guiding us and helping me find the perfect pair that matched my style and preferences. The jewelry is of exceptional quality with truly beautiful designs. We highly recommend this store and will definitely be returning.

I have been meaning to leave a review for a while, to thank CJS, Mr Hyzam Rauf and Staff for such a fantastic jewellery store. What makes them stand out is not just their beautiful pieces, but also their extraordinary customer service, the best I have seen anywhere. When my mum lost an earring ( one of a pair) the famous jewellery store we bought it from simply shrugged their shoulders and did not want to recreate another one for us. But CJS did and my mum was so happy. The pieces they sell are absolutely gorgeous and one of a kind. I have shopped all over the world and their craftsmanship is next to none. And you definitely get what you pay for. What’s even better is they are generous towards their customers in every way which something I rarely see. I rate this even higher than all the precious gems.

Went here to get a battery replaced for a watch. From the security guard at the entrance to the gentlemen who helped me get the watch fixed were courteous and helpful. It's rather uncommon in Sri Lanka to have such an overwhelmingly positive experience at a Jeweller. Highly recommend.

This shop has good customer service, but a limited collection and quite expensive. We were unable to access one floor due to a filming. It would have been nice to have been informed about this at the start or for some signage to be posted.

Worst customer service ever. They don’t help you Authenticate your watch unless it’s purchased from “CJS”. I went to the store to get a watch verified but they just say it’s fake without even having a look at it. An employee named Dilshad was being so rude to me when I asked him why don’t you guys authenticate. On my vacation to UK in December 2022 I got my watch verified from a Tag Heuer AD. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Btw they charge Rs 120,000/- just to get your watch serviced which is absolutely bonkers for an off the shelf movement (SW200).

I purchased 2 Tag Heuer watches from them over a decade ago and nothing since then. In 2017 I went there to get new batteries for the 2 Tag Heuer watches. They recognised me and changed the batteries free of charge. Their customer service is first class.

Best choices for gold. Variety of items in different prices. Good quality of goods and kind staffs. Little bit of high price, but when it comes to gold.... prices are high in market. If anyone asks me about to buy some gold, definitely I'll recommend this shop. Quality of goods and service from staffs.

MOST UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE Last stop for our trip we drop by colombo jewellery stores inside the fort (same series store but different location), which is the worst experience ever. We have been in Sri lanka for more than half of months, we love the country and people. But staff in this shop really leave us a terrible memory. The necklace we saw charge quite high and reduce 40% after bargaining. Dont know why they charge so much initially?! We gave a moment to think and discuss also ask several question on certs. Then one of the staff became rude with us, taking all stuff back and saying some unpleasant words. If you want to buy things especially expensive one. Why not looking for places with better attitude. This is the wost shopping exprience in my life.
