I booked Signature Assistant Barat Makeup for April 18, 2026 at the DHA branch months in advance. A couple of weeks before my event, my booking was moved to the MM Alam branch. This last-minute change defeated the purpose of early booking and created unnecessary inconvenience before a highly important day.
On the day of my Barat, I clearly communicated that I wanted a light, natural base and specifically did not want heavy or cakey makeup. During application, I repeatedly expressed that the foundation felt too heavy and asked for adjustments. Unfortunately, my concerns were dismissed, and I was told by the branch manager to “just let it be” instead of being heard.
The final result was extremely heavy, unnatural makeup that did not reflect what I had requested at all. I was genuinely distressed and even considered removing it shortly before my event. When I tried to raise my concerns again, they were once again dismissed rather than addressed.
This was my Barat day — one of the most important days of my life — and the experience fell significantly below expectations for a premium service. What was most disappointing was not just the outcome, but the complete lack of listening and responsiveness when I was clearly uncomfortable during the process.
I am sharing this feedback in the hope that it is taken seriously, and that future clients are treated with more care, communication, and respect for their preferences.
