¡Espectacular y muy recomendable antes de volar! Probamos el masaje de cuerpo completo de 75 minutos durante nuestra estancia en Sri Lanka y nos gustó tanto que decidimos repetir. En nuestro viaje de vuelta a España, teníamos una escala de varias horas en el aeropuerto de Negombo y no dudamos en volver para darnos otro masaje antes de tomar el vuelo. El personal fue genial. El masaje fue súper relajante pero aplicado con la fuerza justa; me gustó especialmente el trabajo que hicieron en las manos. Vimos que tienen una opción de 3 horas que nos hubiera encantado probar, pero no nos daba tiempo por el vuelo. Por el precio que tiene, es una opción 100% recomendable para finalizar el viaje de la mejor manera. Además, como después nos tocaba volar, les preguntamos si podíamos ducharnos allí mismo y no pusieron ningún problema. Nos facilitaron toallas, champú y gel, lo cual fue un detallazo y nos permitió viajar súper frescos. ¡Sin duda un sitio para repetir!

Our stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The property is very beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the large, clean swimming pool and the option to book a massage, which was a great addition to the experience. The staff were generally friendly and polite, which made us feel welcome. However, there were a few issues that affected our stay. Unfortunately, the room was not well soundproofed, and we were unable to sleep due to loud noises coming from outside. Additionally, there seemed to be some organizational problems. We asked the receptionist what time we could come for breakfast and were told 7:00 AM. When we arrived, the staff appeared confused and initially asked us to pay for breakfast, even though it was already included in our booking. After we clarified this, they said breakfast would be ready in 10–15 minutes. As we had an early morning flight, we were in a hurry. In the end, we waited 45 minutes for breakfast, which caused us a lot of stress, and we had to rush to the airport and ask the taxi driver to hurry. Despite these inconveniences, the hotel itself is very nice, clean, and well cared for. With better organization and improved soundproofing, it would be an excellent place to stay.

Jasmine Village is a wonderful place to stay, and the deluxe rooms are truly outstanding. We first came here by chance for an afternoon massage and were pleasantly surprised by the high quality. Later, we discovered their daily treatment programs, which include three hours of Ayurvedic therapies, always featuring a full-body massage. This convinced us to return to Negombo at the end of our vacation, where we booked a three-day package along with accommodation. The deluxe rooms are spacious and well equipped with everything you need. The staff are exceptionally friendly and always happy to help. The owner’s family is also very welcoming, and the owner speaks fluent German. The distance to the beach is not an issue at all. The area itself is quiet and pleasant, with a pool on-site, and if you want to go to the beach, free drop-off service is available during the day.

I had an amazing experience with an authentic Sri Lankan herbal massage here. The location is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The therapists are highly experienced and professional, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. They offer a wide range of services, including steam sauna, massages, and flower and herbal baths. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to create a truly soothing atmosphere. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

I went for a massage on the recommendation of my hotel which is advertised in the foyer. It was the worst experience of all the massages I have ever had while travelling over the world and the worst in Sri Lanka. The oil they use is absolutely revolting, it’s pungent and stinks.and I was slathered in it. Back at the hotel I’ve had a 30 minute shower, washed my clothes twice and about to wash my hair again. I booked a 75 minute full body massage. It finished 10 minutes early and I’m sure 10 minutes was spent wiping off all the oil. They expected me to pay the full price of 6600rupees so I complained and I was offered a 10minute foot massage. I said no because If the massage therapist knows the time is 75minutes, she should have provided a 75minute massage. The price was discounted to 6100rupees. I would never recommend this place.

ゴキブリ出た... しかも2回目はベッドの上。他の方の口コミをみて、不安ではあったが本当にNGホテルでした。 ロケーション: 中心地から外れているため トゥクトゥク必須 不便 全体のコンディション: 価格帯は地域のなかでも中級程度でしたが 衛生面等 かなり劣悪。 なんと ベッドに 掛け布団がなく、夜はスタッフがいないので1日目は掛け布団なしで寝ました。 ドライヤーは贅沢だとしても、ポットすらなかったり、掛け布団もないし本当に何もなさすぎる。 施設内スパ: 3日間 受けるつもりではいたが、1日目かなり微妙だったので 1回でやめました。 オイルはかなり酸化していて質の良いオイルではないです。 シロダーラも本来ならヘッドマッサージとセットのはずが、オイルをかけられておわり。 ハーバルバスは お湯がぬるいというか、ほぼ水に葉っぱが入ってるのみ。寒かった。

I had a 75-minute massage for 6,600 rupees, which also included hotel pickup and drop-off — excellent value. There were three of us and we shared a room, which was absolutely fine and well organised. The oil used is a traditional herbal Ayurvedic blend. It is quite pungent, but it’s clearly very effective. You’re advised to leave it on for at least an hour afterwards so it can fully absorb and deliver the benefits — well worth doing. The male therapists were outstanding. My therapist intuitively identified all my problem areas and worked deeply and skillfully on them. The pressure was spot on throughout, and the treatment was handled with complete professionalism. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this spa. I’ve seen comments about the smell of the oil, but a basic understanding of Ayurveda helps you appreciate why it’s used and how beneficial it is. Honestly, this was the best therapist I’ve had anywhere in Sri Lanka.

The overall experience at this hotel was mixed. 🔹 Hotel Experience: The information provided on the website did not match the actual services offered. Cleanliness was below expectations, especially in the rooms and bathrooms, with noticeable unpleasant odors. Breakfast was not satisfactory. The pedicure service was disappointing — it lacked quality, and the staff member seemed uninterested, making it feel like a waste of money. 🔹 Check-out Experience: During check-out, no proper information was shared, and no effort was made to collect feedback, which reflects a gap in service quality. 🔹 Staff & Management: The staff were friendly, polite, and willing to help when issues were raised. However, these problems should have been identified and managed in advance by the management through proper monitoring. 🔹 Ayurveda Treatment: The Ayurveda treatment was excellent. Especially, the massages provided by Priya and Sammen were outstanding. In fact, their service was the main reason we decided to continue staying at this hotel.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this spa. I booked a full body massage program and the service did not meet expectations at all. Massage was extremely superficial and felt like the oil was simply being spread on my skin rather than a proper massage. During the head massage, the therapist pulled my hair several times. I told her about it, but she did not adjust her technique at all and continued in the same way, which was uncomfortable. The oil itself had a very strange smell, like something old or rancid, and even slightly nauseating. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this place.

全てが最悪すぎる。 ドライマッサージなく、オイルマッサージしかない。オイルの匂いもスパイシーな感じ。 シャワーができるからオイルマッサージ承諾。でもドライヤーもなく髪の毛びちょびちょのまま、更に、75分のコースなのに1時間ぐらいしかしてもらえず、営業終了だからと帰された。 それなら全て初めから説明して欲しかった。 でも値段はしっかり75分ぶん請求。 おすすめは絶対にしません。

I really loved my stay at Jasmin Villa. After a long flight and landing in the morning they let me into my room straight away with no charge. The room was beautiful, the staff so so friendly and the food was really delicious. I had rice and curry for dinner one night and it was lovely. I also loved the Ayurvedic spa. I had 2 massages while staying there and they were incredible! I had Nilusha (not sure of the spelling) but ask for her as she was amazing. It’s a traditional Ayurvedic centre so if you’re looking for essential oils and that sort of treatment you won’t get it. The rooms are basic but lovely and I personally was absolutely fine with the smell of the oil. Again, it’s an Ayurvedic centre so you won’t get the essential oils at other places. Don’t let some of the other reviews deter you, this place is really lovely. I was a solo female traveller and found it wonderful.

Incredible treatment. Beautiful care, and attention. Came here on my last day in Sri Lanka, before a long haul flight home. Very grateful. Highly recommend booking! ❤️

ネットで見つけられた、中間クラスのアーユルヴェーダ施設ですが、2026年に大幅な値上げをしたようで5日間を受ける予定を3日間コースにしました。今おもえば１日でよかった。本格的なアーユルヴェーダを求めるならあまり期待はしない方がいいです。オイルマッサージは普通に気持ちよかったですが、オイルの匂いが強く、ハーバルバスは混んでいたのか20分弱くらいで出されてしまいました。暗い部屋にろうそくの火がいい雰囲気を作っていましたが、よく目を凝らすとハーブは浴槽にあまり入っていないし、実際とてもぬるくて浅かったので、先に誰か他の人が入っていたのかと思ってしまうほどでした。あとから、他の施設で受けたハーバルバスがあまりにもよかったので驚きでした。 会計の婦人は旅行者相手に慣れているようで、マッサージ師へのチップ100ルピーを渡そうとしたらそれじゃ何も買えないわよと鼻で笑い、3日分まとめて払うようアドバイスされたのでそうしましたが、客に対する敬意に欠けている印象でした。彼女からは3日間一度も「ありがとう」と言われませんでした。 他の施設を体験する前には違いがわかりませんでしたが、今は違います。残念ながらわたしの友人にはおすすめしません。

During my time in Sri Lanka I had multiple massages and this was by far the best. The massage itself had great technique and the pressure was perfect. Really great value too - a 75 minute full body massage for only 5,000 rupees. Have seen a few comments below about there being no music but that’s such a little factor when the massage is so good and the price is so small! The oils used are also the type that are commonly used for Ayurveda treatments across Sri Lanka. Loved it and would 100% come back.

Eine Oase der Entspannung, Ayurveda auf Feinste! Sehr kompetenter und freundlicher Service. Wir hatten als Paar die 3-Tage-Kur für 43.ooo Rupien (~120 €) p.P. 3 Stunden! 75 min. Massage, Gesichtsmassage, Öl aufs Haupt und Sauna. Ein Shuttle holte uns vom Hotel ab und brachte uns zurück.

We had the full-body massage for two people and enjoyed it very much! The facility is beautiful and peaceful. The staff is very friendly and (this especially applies to the other reviews) if you have any requests or feedback, they pay attention to it, you just need to communicate it.

We had a partner massage (75min) - the oil was massively to much, and the smell was horrible! There was no technique during massage!!! Just rubbing oil, no muscle relaxation at all! No privacy because the masseur waited in the same room before starting. Not relaxing at all, even not for the price! Never come again!

Chamod and the whole staff are very friendly and helpful. I felt welcome from the first minute. The rooms are very clean, spacious and have everything you need for your stay. Location is quiet and a bit off, but there are lots of restaurants in a walkable circle. The treatments in the Ayurveda are are highly recommended. It’s a very calm, clean and lovely spot. The massages are great and the whole staff is also very friendly. Good place to stay first or last days as the airport is only about 20 minutes by car.

I had to have a little giggle at all the other reviews…. please educate your self first to what Ayvuvadic treatment actually is before you go. It’s not a normal run of the mill spa … the oils & herbs used are for specific health benefits … not for you to walk out smelling like the Queen! Yes some oils are not pleasant to some due to the herbs use … And perhaps 🤔 the Masage therapist can not explain it to you due to their limited English ….. so before you complain … why don’t you learn their language, after all you are in their country. There’s an English speaking doctor roaming & checking on all the clients at all time so ask them if you really want to know. This is a mid range price spa …you get what you pay for. All the Karen’s that previously bitching about quality when you are on a beer budget ! 🫩 I have only 2 constructive feed back 1. Take a spare change of undies with you as you may get oily or if you have a steam bath your undies 🩲 definitely get soaked (unfortunately they don’t supply disposables) 2. Turn on your water feature or music at least to drown out the external noises of other guest & staff chattering … There’s nothing worst when you are trying to zone out during a massage or treatment Apart from that … for the price it’s good value.

Took a three hours treatment and was absolutely relaxed and refreshed afterwards. Booked a 75 minutes massage for a week later again. Staff is very friendly and definitely has knowledge in what they are doing.
