I would like to raise my concern regarding the service at SEHA Al Wahda branch. I arrived early for my medical appointment because I needed to finish on time and go to work afterward. Unfortunately, despite coming early, the process was very slow due to the lack of nurse assistants available. Patients had to wait for a long time, which was very disappointing and stressful. I also noticed that other people have previously raised similar complaints in the reviews, but it seems that no action has been taken to improve the situation. I hope the management will pay attention to these concerns and take necessary steps to improve the service, especially by ensuring enough staff are available. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge Ms. Junith for her good service and professionalism. She was helpful and accommodating. However, overall, the service experience needs significant improvement.

I visited today for visa medical screening with my wife and one-year-old baby. Even after requesting priority due to my baby, no assistance or fast processing was provided. It was very uncomfortable to wait while holding an infant. This experience was disappointing, and I hope they improve their service for parents with young children.

I came here early in the morning to finish my renewal before work. I waited nearly an hour while they ignored my turn and processed around 20 people who arrived after me, all from a certain nationality. Completely unfair, unprofessional, and unacceptable behavior from a government-related screening center. Respecting people’s time should be the minimum standard. If this is selective treatment based on nationality, then it’s outright discrimination. Very disappointing experience.

Bad Experience I arrived at 6:25 PM, while the working hours clearly stated 9:00 AM–7:00 PM on the door. Customer service asked security to close the door. I was told my wife, arriving in 2 minutes, could not enter. Security then claimed working hours end at 6:30 PM, which contradicts the posted timing. The door was closed at customer service’s request. Very poor communication and unprofessional handling.

We visited this center this week for medical checks for two family members. Overall, the blood test and X-ray process was efficient, and we received the SMS results within 24 hours, which was appreciated. Registration was also smooth. However, there were some operational issues. The male section was closed, and all visitors were redirected to the female section, which caused inconvenience and crowding. The security guard was handling token printing manually instead of allowing individuals to print their own, which created confusion and delays. We also had to wait in the female waiting area. The main reason for the 3-star rating is that the test results were not updated in the ICP system even after 48 hours, and the center did not respond to our follow up phone calls attempted over 2 days. For a service that is very important for expatriates, better organization and communication are essential. I hope they improve their process and customer service going forward.

I had a very pleasant experience at the Disease Prevention and Screening Center in Al Wahda Mall. I would especially like to commend Ms. Joneth for her excellent service. She has a very pleasing personality and is incredibly nice and friendly. She made me feel comfortable and well-assisted throughout the process. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made a difference. Thank you, Ms. Joneth, for your outstanding care!

"I have been a loyal SEHA customer for over 20 years and have always trusted their services. However, my visit on 23-02-2026 at 10:46 pm to Al Wahda Mall, I faced a distressing situation. I came with my 12-year-old special needs child, who cannot walk or be left alone and also cannot sit in the car for a long time with my husband. I explained this to the security, but there was a language barrier as i was explainingin English, and he didn’t fully understand. The real problem began once a nurse—also from Kerala—stepped in. Despite my attempts to explain my situation and even offering to show her documents, she dismissed my scenario and asked me to wait as she's talking to the security. I was called with no delay and the counter person asked to go to room 12(if I'm not wrong). The same nurse was present there who attended me, she rudely told me I was not the person being considered, even though I repeatedly explained my child's condition.Her voice was raising and her tone was not acceptable, in a way of making fun of me. This was truly unacceptable, and the tone and words she used in Malayalam were deeply hurtful. I still trust SEHA, but this interaction was a real letdown as this is the first time I get a bad experience in SEHA, and I hope they address the staff training and sensitivity going forward." But same time the other Nurses who took the blood and done the Xray given a commentable service.

I reached SEHA by 6 PM after a long struggle of finding parking. The front desk lady asked me to bring the photo copies of the docs and didn't bothered to inform me where I can find in that vast mall. After me, there were 2 people went inside and they were guided to take photocopies inside SEHA itself, as one of them was my colleague, I came to know this. Upon searching entire mall, got the copies and went there by running. Exactly at 6:30 PM she closed door on my face saying time is over. I told here on the gate it is mentioned as 7 PM, yet she rudely said they're closed. Very Rude and unprofessional behavior of the front desk lady. I have another question, Why is there Female Entrance and Male entrance when everyone supposed to go through same Female entrance ??? No proper indications, no professionality, no concern and Sense at all. They behave like as if they're doing some free service.

The process was efficient; however, professionalism could be improved if the staff maintained a clear boundary between their duties and their personal or political views while refraining from unnecessary questions. This issue occurs frequently. Specifically: 1. Regarding Female Patients – While asking about the last menstrual period is a standard part of assessing pregnancy status, inquiring about marital status and then questioning it further with a “why?” feels intrusive and unnecessary. Can you provide a safe space where we can keep our personal lives private? Why must we justify our past, including failed marriages? 2. Political Views – The staff member openly discuss her personal political opinions (particularly the topic about Philippines), seemingly to gain sympathy, even though it has no relevance to the appointment. Can we at least have a safe space in this country - somewhere we can breathe without being subjected to political debates in a healthcare setting???? 3. Personal Opinions on Healthcare – How can we trust a government healthcare facility when its own staff claims that a pandemic was fabricated and that everything can be manipulated? I hope this issue is addressed not just by this facility but by all healthcare centers, reinforcing the importance of professionalism and respect in patient interactions.

I am always doing my visa screening in Seha the process is fast but the staff are so rude with people and everyone using headsets and taking to someone while handing the patients it’s so unprofessional I am also nurse I know how should treat those people.. specially reception and female x-ray department so unprofessional way of talking I know my one review will not change anything 🙁

Dear Team, We are paying for medical tests and expect a professional experience. It's disappointing that there isn't a dedicated receptionist to welcome patients. Instead, we're being greeted by the janitor and security staff who appear unapproachable and seem to lack basic customer service skills. We are paying customers, not individuals seeking free services, and we deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect from the moment we arrive. Hiring a receptionist who can warmly welcome patients would significantly improve the initial experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter

Attended this SEHA center located in al Wahda mall for my UAE visa renewal medical screening. After issuing token the waiting time was very less due to early morning considering the number of applicants. A convenient and accessible location for visa medical tests in Abu Dhabi. Best to visit during early morning hours to avoid crowd.

I visited the DPSC(Disease Prevention and Screening Centre)Al Wahda mall, for my visa renewal medical, and I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional efficiency. The entire process took less than 10 minutes, which was incredibly convenient. What truly sets this center apart is the fantastic staff, Mr. Ahmed at the front desk, who has a unique talent for easing customers' tension through his friendly and reassuring conversations. His warm and polite interactions immediately put customers at ease, and their sense of humor added a delightful touch to the Arab experience. The center's overall organization was impressive, and it's evident that all staff members have been carefully chosen for their politeness,friendliness and professionalism.I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of medical screenings or visa renewal.

My visit was pleasant. Everything was taken care of very quickly. Avoid visiting between 12:00 and 1:30 PM, as it is lunch break time and you might face a slight delay.

بصراحه ودي اشكر الموظفه المحترمه اللي كانت لابسه عبايه بنيه وطرحه بنيه ولابسه ماسك اسود وكانت في قسم الرجال اليوم تاريخ11-04-2026 لقد حلت المشكله بي منتهى الاحترافيه برغم ان المشكله كانت بين السيكروتي في قسم الحريم ومراجعه وزوجها وكانت الموظفه في قسم الحريم متعقرفه مصريه الجنسيه ولم تحترم زميلاته المحترمه التي قامت بحل المشكله كل الشكر والتقدير لي هل الموظفه اللي بالنهايه سمعت زميلاته تناديه بصوت على حنان شكرا من القلب للقلب الموظفه الخلوقه ذات الاسلوب الراقي المحترمه بالرد مع الناس وعلى حسن التعامل الله يسعدها على قدر احترامها وتقديرها للناس وعلى صبرها وتحملها من لايشكرا الناس لايشكر الله شكرا حنان 🌹 هذه اخلاق بنات زايد 🌹

I recently visited SEHA at Al Wahda Mall for my visa medical screening and had an excellent experience. I had made an appointment online through the SEHA app beforehand, which made the process incredibly smooth. I was in and out in just 16 minutes. The staff and medical team were exceptionally polite and guided me through every step. Highly recommended for an efficient and courteous service!

I've visited yesterday and didnt notice that i left my gold necklace at the xray room until before bedtime. my mistake. I've tried reaching out the next day and a local lady assisted me over the phone to check with the branch and confirmed they have found my necklace. I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to SEHA al wahda mall specially to the local lady , ahmad at the reception and most specially to danica at the Xray room for your incredible kindness and diligence in finding my gold necklace. They are not following or Display proper working schedule Today I visited at 12:30 hrs and the Business is closed. Security informed that they will resume at 14:00 hrs But they advertise 09 AM to 07 PM. Also Don't plan after 06 PM. You will denied to enter.
