Worst ever experience, not recommended at all, crown inverter repair k lia dia tha inhy, the technician named WASEEM SAGAR said, issue fix ho jaega ap sy 3500-4000 fix charges lyn gy, even ye b ni btaya k msla kia h or kia chez change hogi, 1 hour wait k bd board saf kr k kehta issue fix ho gya h 4000 dyn, m bola konsa part change kiya, he said sir apka msla khtm ho gya h ap payment kryn or apna UPS ly jaen The issue came up, and SAGAR sb ny again outlet py bulaya, mera UPS 1600watt ka hai or wo technician sirf 200watt load lga k kehta koi issue e ni h kia fix kru ab, even technician ko settings ka b ni pta tha, i google myself the settings and see k mera inverter without load without any item connected to the battery idle condition m 1300watt use kr ra or jb us py 300-400watt item ka load lgaya jata to issue again ata tha, Again SAGAR sb said sir ap office ly aen, office gya to kehta koi issue e ni h M.usy settings b dikhai, us ny again woi bt boli sir ye UPS ka load ni h ye iski power h, zero knowledge Don't go there, waste of time and money

I once bought a UPS from them 1.5 years ago — an Inverex 1200 watt. Exactly one year later, it suddenly stopped working. I got it repaired and paid 3,500 rupees. Then exactly six months later, it stopped working again, so I got it repaired and paid another 3,500 rupees. Now, I had it repaired by them again three weeks ago, but it didn’t even last two weeks before it stopped working again. They charge very high repair fees, while the same repair can be done at another shop for just 1,000 rupees. May Allah bless them with the ability to be considerate towards humanity. Ameen."

Very popular place for buying UPS sets of different types, mostly Homage and similar clones, under warrenty. Upto 6 kva so far. They have a repair shop in the basement. They don't deal in buying /selling old ups. I was advised to try olx for that.

I bought the Trion Inverter UPS of 21,000 rupees. The device is not giving the backup I'm calling them on their landline number no one to pick up the call and if they pick up talking rudely and unprofessionally and the Zafar at the cash is very unprofessional and rude person. Their customer services is highly unprofessional and pathetic I would like to inform my friends not to buy any product from them I would say I will not buy anything from there.

Best place to get UPS and battery from. I am there customer for the last 12-13 Years atleast. Always got the best service from them. There owner Mr Sajid is a very nice and genuine person. He always suggest the best to us. Many of my family members also their customer. Recently got Inverex Tabular battery from there, its the best battery. Also today i got there UPS, its working superbly.

Parking is a problem. Sale staff is responsive and courteous. Efficient service. They do not accept credit cards, which can cause problems for some customers.

I did not know that APC UPS was best for computer setups so I trusted them and picked up an inverter CyberPower. This one, under load, restarts everything on backup and then goes to battery, giving 230 V. They did not guide me and just wanted to make the sale and get me out. I have managed and will now adjust with my 16K/17K purchase. When I told them on the phone and wanted to exchange, they said, "ab to puraana hogaya", after only a few days. And after me getting upset, the guy on the phone said, "Chalo, ham nuksaan bardaasht karlenge". I don't like the way they did business with me. I need to buy two batteries and next spring, IA I will buy a solar setup, but not from City UPS.

Very expensive. If you wanna repair something then it will be better just ask price first then decide. Otherwise they will try to charge you damn extra. You can say damnnnnnnnnn extra..
