Why is this branch offen debit our money sunday 200 and today 100 wts wrong am fed-up

Very bad experience in this branch I have open my account 3 months is over there is a none of person will help you regarding for the net banking useless branch useless stuff anytime you go no one you will be assist

Hi, I have sent an email for the netbanking login issue, but there is no response, due to timings 5 hours backward I am unable to call. From Spain.nobody is attending the phone call.

Worst service in this branch the assistant manager Ms. Rajini is so worst that she doesn't understand the meaning of emergency she thinks it's her house and takes her own sweet time for lunch she took 1 hour for lunch and because of that I had to loose 15k. I'm going to file a police complaint on this branch.
