Great place for corporate offices. 3 lifts, which are fast & maintenance is done on regular basis. Clean as well. Care takers are good and cooperative. Less space in basement. Parking spaces for cars are already alloted so anyone who is from outside will not be allowed to park their cars inside the building. Common area has seating & trees.

Elegant high rise building for Corporate offices. Right on the S.G. Highway makes it easy to reach with adequate parking facility available. There are elevators and stairs available and extremely helpful ground staff, eager to help. Cleanliness is also quite good.

Solitaire is a corporate and commercial property. On S.G.Higway corporate road. It has Reatil on GF with car showrooms and few banks. Two towers of 11 stories having many corporate offices.... Base ment parking and small garden in the premisises. Very well maintained property. If you wants your address on S. G. Highway... Solitaire is a good choice!

I visited this corporate house for an interview. Complex was good but lift service is too bad . When I visited solitaire park I stuck in lift nd also telephonic service is not working in lift so my experience was tooo bad
