We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Udai Median. The property is clean, peaceful, and very well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere for guests. The rooms are spacious, neat, and nicely arranged, which added to our comfort. The food quality is very good, with great taste and a nice variety in every meal — we truly enjoyed the dining experience. Most importantly, the staff is polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Their professionalism and friendly behaviour made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Special thanks to the Front Office team and the Kitchen team for their excellent support, service, and warm hospitality. Overall stay is fine. Food quality is good but one point at the time of checkout i paid everything as billing given by receptionist. But after 20 minutes i was sitting in lobby & then receptionist girl told me they forgot to add two water bottles i told ok i will pay. Then the receptionist girl send someone in just 5 minutes to receive the money with billing machine i told i will pay i m doing some office work. Again the constant reminders of paying two water bottles is giving the feeling of lodge the one who took super deluxe room & paying 15k-20k rent of 2-3 days. The hotel is 3 star but the staff is of lodge quality who will constantly reminding you are in lodge not in 3 star hotel.

Stayed at Hotel Udai Median in Udaipur for a night. The location is very central and they have car parking available, which was convenient for us. Breakfast was included and the food was good. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights on our recent trip to Rajasthan. The hotel is close to some of the key attractions in udaipur. The rooms are of moderate size. The breakfast buffet has limited options and can be expanded. Overall can be considered for a mid budget stay at udaipur

Rooms smell as if it's hardly been occupied in recent times. Washroom was dirty and with broken fixtures. Prices are high just because of location.

The hotel is good to stay in terms of cleanliness and room space, but the services are not up to the expected standard. There was no bathrobe in the washroom, nor a welcome drink, even though both were mentioned in the amenities. The lift was not functional till the basement parking area, which caused inconvenience. The room intercom was also not working, indicating there was no proper check before our check-in. While the staff was decent in behavior, they did not seem adequately trained for a hotel of this category.

We have stayed at hotel udai median for the second time. It's one of the best hotels in city. The staff here is really really caring and helpful specially when you have infant or children along with you. We had a really good experience for second time. The rooms and ambience is neat and clean. And the food is also really really awesome. 10 on 10 for a family stay.

Location of hotel is good nearby all tourist places but yet in quiet place rooms are good and huge but only issue is service is little slow I won't say it's bad but it's slow overall decent stay.

Rooms were quite good, neat and clean, very spacious room but there Manager is a very rude guy. I booked elite package but they did not acknowledge inclusions like food coupon, complimentary laundry service included in package for which I paid extra. On checkout day hotel was quite empty and I already requested late checkout by 2 hours only but they denied and made us wait at reception for that period. However everything else were quite qood. Breakfast has limited options but food quality and taste was good. Housekeeping staff was quite attentive and supportive.

Our stay was lovely. The hotel was very good, and I'd recommend planning a trip here with no worries. We experienced a small, one-day issue with the hot water, but the staff was incredibly helpful and resolved it quickly, bringing us hot water within half an hour.

I really loved the hotel and their service is really good plus i forgot my headphones in the room and the staff had delivered my headphones to my destination …. It was very nice experience with hotel udai median. Service ,facelity was upto the mark. Hotel is very close to visiting place so it would be convenient for transportation. Morning breakfast was awesome. Hotel has huge car parking for your vehical....

Highly recommended hotel, we stayed here for 3 nights. Room service was good- fast service. While cleaning the room dusting needs to be done that was just negative thing. Loved the varieties of food in Buffet breakfast. Food was so delicious- mild and full of authentic flavours. Love to come back again at our next visit.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Udaipur with my wife and 3-year-old child, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had during any trip. I strongly advise fellow travelers, especially families with kids, to stay away from this place. Hygiene Issues: The hotel’s hygiene standards are shockingly poor. They served us drinking water that appeared to be regular tap water — and to our horror, we noticed tiny mosquito larvae (mosquito kids or eggs) floating in the glass bottle. It was absolutely disgusting and extremely dangerous, especially considering we had a small child with us. In a city prone to water-borne diseases and dengue, this kind of carelessness is inexcusable. Service & Staff Behavior: When we brought this serious issue to the hotel staff’s attention, their behavior was highly unprofessional and indifferent. Rather than apologizing or taking immediate corrective action, they tried to brush it off casually as if it was no big deal. No courtesy, no concern for guest safety, and zero responsibility. Overall Service: From check-in to room service, everything was below average. The housekeeping staff were poorly trained and the rooms weren’t cleaned properly. Even basic requests were met with delays or ignored completely. The attitude of the staff was careless throughout our stay. Recommendation: This hotel is not just a disappointment — it’s a potential health hazard. If you care about your family’s safety, cleanliness, and a basic level of respect as a guest, avoid this place at all costs. Udaipur has far better, safer, and more professional hospitality options.
