I would like to express my extreme disappointment with the service of Dubai Insurance. I had given a road side assistance request 2 days back and I haven’t received any call back yet. It is so disappointing to see the lack of urgency and clarity provided by Dubai Insurance.

I would like to give 0 star which is not in option otherwise I would have. Neither they pick up the call or say they are busy just wasting my time and money to claim the insurance.

The worst insurance ever , they keep asking and asking the same questions and they never act on any request but asking stupid questions

Don't ever go to this insurance this is the worst insurance comprehensive still they make you pay 5 percent on accident parts never never never don't

Never picked up the call.
