We as a family made the Langtang-Gosaikunda-Helambu Trek from end of january to mid of february for in total 14 days incl. 1 day of bus drive to our destination. We couldn't have imagined a better trip! The company organized beforehand everything well, the team is super competent. Our guide was Shambu, he is such a great, helpful and sympathic man. We felt always safe during the trek, he arranged everything for us like searching for the best tea houses to sleep, delicious food, comfortable beds and also great advices for walking speed, breaks and evening briefings for the next day. He explained us a lot about the nepali culture, animals, plants, flowers, food and about the peaks, hills and mountains. We had to much fun with Shambu, we are sharing the same sense of humour. Shambu is our hero! To trek with him is our reason to come back next year to Nepal. We can't wait for it, we already miss him and the time in Nepal. My wife and I did the 9 Day Langtang Valley trekking experience in mid March with guide Shambu and it was an incredibly memorable trip. We were surprised by how nice the tea houses were in the high altitude areas of the trek. The trail was beautiful and we experienced lots of varying mountain weather conditions (sunshine, clouds, blizzard, thunder, snow) which made it all the more a memorable once in a lifetime experience. It was challenging at times but overall quite doable. Altitude sickness pills can help with prevention, and bring water purification tabs for fresh drinking water. Shambu was an amazing, kind, fun and funny guide to have with us. He will take loads of pictures with you and show you songs and dance. He also has a lot of stories to share, which gives you an idea about how resilient the Nepali people are. The bus ride to langtang is scary but again, Shambu helped reassure us. Nivas Boutique was a lovely hotel to start and finish our trip as well. We’re walking away with incredible pictures, memories and new friends. What an adventure!

Mr Kovi was excellent at organising the tour and although I did the Chisapani-Nagarkot trek with a twist, he made arrangements for the tour to suit my needs. Mr Jit is an excellent tour guide because he always has the longevity and health of the customer in mind and went out of his way to help me rent equipment. And the porter Mr Shiva was a smiling man with the strength of a juggernaut and was able to carry at least 11kg of luggage for two days of walking. Our 9-day journey through Poon Hill and Annapurna Base Camp became far more meaningful because of our amazing guide, Sipi, and porter, Sushan. Their hard work, kindness, and encouragement made the trek not only enjoyable but also unforgettable. Throughout the trip, they always showed great responsibility and professionalism, ensuring our safety and comfort in every situation. Sipi was an excellent guide who patiently explained the trekking routes, local culture, and mountain environment to us. He constantly checked on our condition and adjusted the pace whenever needed. His experience and calm attitude gave us confidence, especially during difficult climbs and changing weather conditions. Thanks to him, we were able to fully enjoy the beauty of the Himalayas without unnecessary worries. At the same time, Sushan impressed us deeply with his strength and dedication. Carrying heavy loads every day on steep mountain trails is not easy, yet he always remained positive and hardworking. Despite the physical challenges, he still greeted us with a smile and offered help whenever possible. His perseverance reminded us to appreciate the effort behind every successful trek. We are truly grateful to Sipi and Sushan for their support, care, and friendship. They were not just guide and porter, but an important part of our unforgettable Himalayan adventure.

We have nothing but good things to say about our 10 day Tamang Heritage and Langtang Valley trek. Kabi helped us arrange the trip and was in constant communication throughout. Our guide, Deepak, and porter, Suk, were kind, patient, professional and relaxed, making our first trekking experience a safe and pleasurable one. They were happy to adapt as and when it was needed and always made sure our needs were covered. Each day was also well paced and manageable with well maintained paths... but do expect a workout and challenge. We also found the costs to be affordable for what you get and as first time trekkers having the trip organised meant there was no additional thinking needed to book accommodation or arrange permits etc. Kabi and his team will take care of everything for you. An added nice touch was the farewell dinner which included some traditional dancing.

Probably the best seven days of my travels so far! Everything was spot on — the booking process was super easy, and the trek itself was amazing thanks to my guide, Sukman. He really looked out for me the whole way, making sure I didn’t get altitude sickness, pointing out different mountains, and even sharing fresh fruit along the trail. I was lucky enough to have my birthday on the mountain, and Sukman completely surprised me by carrying a cake all the way up! 10/10 experience, would highly recommend!

I am a solo female hiker and want to encourage other solo females wanting to hike in Nepal. This is a great company which attends to your needs and takes the stress out of travelling to Nepal. I had a wonderful guide, Sambu and porter, Santosh on my trek.They took care of all the details, food, guest houses, even phone recharging when my adaptor didn't work. They walked at my pace. I never felt pressured. They are very caring people. Sambu was fun and spoke great English. They will help you achieve your goals in the best possible way.

The Guide: Jit (Attentive & Strategic) Jit was truly the backbone of the trek. His expertise in logistical planning was evident every day, ensuring we stayed on schedule while remaining flexible. He had an excellent eye for detail, specifically when it came to: • Rest Stops: Jit consistently chose scenic, high-quality spots for breaks that allowed for proper recovery. • Special Requests: No matter the ask, he was incredibly accommodating and ensured our specific needs were met without hesitation. • Attentiveness: He remained highly observant of our well-being throughout the journey, making us feel safe and well-cared for. The Porters: Shiva and Markush (Dedicated & Resilient) The strength and heart of our trekking support were our porters, Shiva and Markush. They did much more than just carry our gear; they became an integral part of our safety net. • Pace & Presence: Both Shiva and Markush maintained a perfect pace with the group, ensuring they were always nearby when needed. • Going Above and Beyond: When we were caught in unexpected hail and heavy rain, they immediately stepped up. Their proactive care during these difficult weather conditions went far beyond their standard duties, showcasing their genuine dedication to our comfort. Recommendation If you are looking for a trekking company that prioritizes guest safety and logistical excellence, I cannot recommend Jit, Shiva, and Markush highly enough. They turned a challenging trek into a smooth and rewarding adventure.

This was our first multi day hike and we couldn’t have done it without our guide Shambu and our porter ! The trek is highly recommended, the tea houses along the way provide great hospitality and the views are incredible. They provide you with a great range of food for you to choose from which was all very delicious. Shambu really made our trip. Everything was so well organised, very friendly, he has so much knowledge about Nepal and the mountains in general, communication was very clear, and he made sure we were happy every step of the way, providing us with great support and confidence throughout the trek. I will be recommending him to everyone I know and my partner and I can’t wait until our next time in Nepal so we can trek with him again. The porter was very kind, friendly and helpful. We were so grateful to have him with us.

We booked a the trip „Langtang Gosaikunda & Helambu Trek“. It was an unforgettable adventure with the best guide I‘ve ever had, Shambu Basnet. Everthing went very well. From the booking over the organisation until the trip was everything good. Our guide took the whole time care of us. It was a lifetime experience. Highly recommended! My friend and I just did our Ghorepani Poon Hill 4-day trek. The whole experience was amazing. The company owner Kabi was very attentive. He briefed us on our day of arrival to kathmandu to make sure we are well-informed of our trekking route and everything we need to know. He also kept contact with us during the journey to ensure everything is going well. Sukman, our trekking guide is very professional and reliable. He told us a lot about the area and attended to our needs all along. There was heavy rain on day 3 of our journey and it was tough. He helped us through by adjusting the itinerary so that we could comfortably continue our trekking. Together with the excellent help of the porter, this journey is very enjoyable and unforgettable. We will definitely come to nepal again and do another hike. I highly recommend this company to everyone who wants to explore the beautiful nature of nepal.

I completed the Annapurna Base Camp trek via Poon hill from September 2nd to 12th 2025, as a solo female trekker from South India(Bangalore), and my experience with Trekking Guide Team Adventure team was truly amazing. From the very beginning, they answered all my questions and made me feel confident about choosing them. On the trek, my guide Mr. Deepak and porter Mr. Sushanth were incredibly supportive, understanding my pace and motivating me without ever rushing. We had a great trip to the Langtang Valley with Trekking Guide Team Adventure in May 2026. We spent 5.5 days walking with Teej and Sipi from the company and they looked after us very well indeed. All arrangements on the trek were perfect, as were those made regarding transfer from the airport, trekking permits and national park entrance fees by Kabiraj before we arrived. Finally, the hotel they recommended in Kathmandu once we got back from Langtang, the Niva Boutique, was excellent. In conclusion we highly recommend this company for trips like this in Nepal. Many thanks again for ensure we had a terrific time!

I did a 9-day Poon Hill + ABC trekking at the end of April. My guide, Jit, always arranged my room very well throughout the trip, ensuring I got a good night's sleep. He even carried apples up the mountain to prepare for me to eat every night. When we arrived at ABC, we were able to see the beautiful scenery. It was fantastic!

We had a fantastic time with trekking guide team adventure. Kabi gave great advice and support in the weeks leading up to the trip and was very responsive. I was very impressed right from the beginning. My 12yo son and I did a five day ABC trek. Our guide Shambu was incredible. He was so fun to be with and had great knowledge and understanding. He created a wonderful atmosphere for us. Shambu was perfect at being attentive yet giving us space to spend time together, he balanced it perfectly. He made us an apple and pomegranate dessert each evening! He made sure the service we received was faultless and really cared about our happiness and welfare throughout. Anything in his gift to improve he attended to. He made an effort every time to ensure we were having a great time. Overall the fee was great value and costs seemed appropriate. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say about the team. The trek itself was beautiful and dream-like. Shambu was especially good with my 12yo who absolutely loved having Shambu as our guide. Having Shambu there took the stress out of everything and meant we barely had to think about any admin. He took care of everything.
