Good Place to go,often full of customers, Wall Painting is elegant. Ambience is good too. Food is delicious as it used to be. But there is too much crowd and rush at lunch time even you have to wait for 30 minutes for a seat,so keep this in mind visiting this branch specially for lunch. Branch is neat and clean.

I wanted to share how happy I was to meet my friend at KFC Mall Road on 08/01/2025 after such a long time. It had been a while since we last met, so it was a very special occasion for both of us. We spent quality time together, talked about old memories, and enjoyed some delicious burgers and food. Everything was very tasty, and the time passed quickly because we had so much to talk about. It was a wonderful day, and I will always remember this sweet reunion.

Super disappointed with the KFC promotion deal 😒. The 'meal' was a joke! Burger was ridiculously small, like a slider size. Chicken had 2 tiny pieces and was overloaded with jalapenos. Fries? Barely a handful, and that too for a serving meant for kids. Colslaw was an afterthought, super less quantity. As a regular customer, it's clear this brand is playing with customers, compromising on quality and quantity day by day. Not worth the money, avoid their all promotion deals 👎.

Quality of Food consistent. Has plenty of sitting space, but still crowded during peak hours.

I don't know why I'm posting these pics today. But I know that it doesn't matter if I'm posting it now or wait for another 6 months. This place is gonna remain the same. Their food taste, their service, their legacy, and everything. I don't think that I need to tell you guys about their taste, everybody knows that they are best for their fried chicken. The only thing I wanted to say is just take me with you when you visit there.

This branch increased the price of Xtreme duo box from 1560 to 1840 PKR just because they added two small ice creams meanwhile on foodpanda the price is still 1560 for other branches. Their employ told us to scan to give review, and I was showing her ke loading issue and the moment it loaded the employ filled the experience survey on her own and gave five star review. They literally force you to give good review on the spot.

Strip box is my favorite meal of kfc, but mall road branch disappointed very much! Teeny tiny strips with very few chips, not in it's classic black box!! Took a lot of time to get served and got such pathetic quantity! Not recommended!! Never faced such issue in Gulburg branch.

The food at this KFC branch is fine and tastes just like it should. However, the sitting area is very small and crowded. The staff was not helpful at all in finding us a place to sit. They didn't even tell us that they would help us get a table once one became free. The management needs to train the staff to better assist customers with seating, especially during busy hours.

We came there yesterday and get disappointed with their food! And also there is no place to sit and eat as the whole place is filled up!

Shaheer Rana was incredibly polite, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. She took great care of us, made sure everything was perfect, and her friendly attitude made our meal even more enjoyable. I recently visited the KFC branch on Mall Road and had a very pleasant experience. The location is convenient and easy to access, especially for people in the heart of Lahore. The ambiance was clean and comfortable, with enough seating for families and groups. The staff was friendly and polite, and my order was taken quickly. I received my food in good time, and it was fresh, hot, and tasted just as expected from KFC crispy chicken, flavorful burgers, and perfectly cooked fries. The only small downside was that the place can get quite busy during peak hours, so seating might be a bit limited at times. But overall, it’s a great spot if you're craving KFC in the city center. Would definitely recommend for a quick meal or snack while you're out and about in Lahore!

One of the worst branches ever existed in Lahore, the leg piece's and the zinger patty was black, it tasted like they cooked it in the oil which they were using from 1800s . Pathetic food 🤮. Never ever going again.

Obviously, they are an International Food Brand but need to work on their sitting plan Very Poorly manged sitting but food is so good n staff is very well mannered

Mr. Ashwani handled our order. He is so co-operative and takes orders with smiling face, his photo is attached with this review. Food is tasty and crispy. Must try. It's kids friendly. One thing which I noticed is that they should see cleanliness of the toilets.

I stopped by KFC on Mall Road during my visit to Murree, and it was just what I needed. The food was fresh and up to the usual KFC standard — crispy chicken, tasty fries, and cold drinks. The staff was friendly and the service was fast, even though the place was busy. What made it special was the location — enjoying my meal while overlooking the hustle and bustle of Mall Road with cool mountain air around was a great experience. A good spot for a quick, satisfying meal when you're exploring Murree!

KFC Mall Road was the best ambiance wise. Mostly visited by university students & lawyers. Music playing in the background. Food was not of that standard which for example we have at Kala Shah Kaku. The fries were not hot. The worst thing was its toilets. They are visible to all customers sitting nearby. You have to wait much for your turn as there is only one toilet each for ladies & gents and that too without any segregation. Moreover, I saw a delivery boy with his bag passing through the toilet gallery and going into "Staff Room", which was adjoined with toilets. Such a big disappointment for me. They could have shifted toilets on the first floor if there was not enough space. 👎

Taste was not that good as of other branches. Please use the same taste as webare getting around the globe. Mainly, parking issue. Not enough space for cars. Experience wasn't good.

Order a deal-family festival 1 along with a fries bucket. Totally worth it. The deal includes a 4 krunch burger, 4 chicken pieces and 4 cold drinks for 1890 rupees. The fries bucket is for 380 rupees and 2/3 persons can eat it easily . The ambiance is really nice. Food 8/10 Ambiance 10/10 Service 10/10 Overall 9/10

KFC Mall Road ka experience bohot hi zabardast raha! Khana fresh tha aur service bhi kamaal ki thi. Sab se barri baat ye ke unhon ne mera day special se bhi special bana diya. Highly recommended if you want a great meal and a great vibe!
