Extremely frustrating experience with the support team. I tried using Cargoz to streamline my warehousing, but the communication has been a nightmare. Once the booking was made, getting a simple status update felt like pulling teeth. I was promised 'seamless' logistics, but I spent more time chasing people on the phone than actually managing my business. If you need a reliable partner who responds in a timely manner, look elsewhere.

The start of the process was not as seamless as expected, requiring a few extra back-and-forth communications to finalize the details. However, once coordination was resolved, the actual service proved to be entirely up to the expected standard. The facility met the outlined specifications, and the rental terms were clear. We want to acknowledge the efforts of the team members who helped resolve the initial issues and ensure a smooth operational handover. In summary, Cargoz delivers on its promise of warehouse rental, and while the start was a little rocky, the support staff ensured the outcome was positive.

I do not recommend them at all Imagine they lost my contract and then they just changed my signature for another contract that I never signed Then every month they send the bill one week early So you end up paying extra month No manners of the staff No professional Still waiting for my old contract it has been one year !

Not recommended. Very unprofessional. Visitung dubai to set up import business from Australia Planned a meeting one month in advance., drove 35 minutes and the staff failed to provide right directions to their office. Struggled for almost half an hour to find their office amd then finally gave up and left.

In the beginning I was quite disturbed by continuous misunderstandings with them, but ever since Reham has reached out and taking care of my account - everything is super smooth and she goes all lengths without asking to provide you the best solutions. I am recommending this storage facility to everyone looking for a balance of budget, locations, services, and responsive team.
