Bad management , they made this new trend to kick the people out by giving one year to leave , so they can bypass RERA and raise the price up , my old rent rate was 26k , the new rate is 44k and they don’t care , unprofessional , NOTHING IS WORKING IN THE BUILDING, SO DURTY , SO SMELLY AND YOU CAN HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS BREATHING NOT EVEN TALKING , THE POOL IS JUST DECORATION (CLOSED FROM ONE YEAR) … …. ……. New update after 3 months: Its going worst , Don’t rent , just waiting for the end of contract , noisy neighbors ( they allow there kids to play in the corridor )
