We really needed to add some wall art to our new home and was looking for a shop that was based locally here in Dubai as many of these online wall art sites are from elsewhere. Drawdeck has a pretty good selection of art to choose from, many are popular subjects that people can relate to. We ordered 5 wooden framed art and 2 extra large canvas art. They arrived quickly and we were very happy with them. We didn’t have the chance to hang them up for a couple of weeks when we discovered that the 2 extra large canvas had a little bend on them. We raised the issue to one of their customer reps on WhatsApp and they couldn’t be more helpful and offered to replace them. We were able to get them in wooden frames this time around with no extra charge! They picked up the old ones and dropped of the new ones within a few days! So happy with them. Draft did a great job and Bernard arrived exactly on the minute of the promised time and coordinated the position with me while I was on another call, job the job done in 2m and left. Businesses like this and Bernard need a sixth car on Google!

I had an excellent experience with Drawdeck in particular with Fritzie who provided the best customer service via Whatsapp. I ordered during EID holidays and was told I would receive my framed picture on Saturday. I asked via Whatsapp if Friday delivery was possible, Fritzie managed to expedite the order to arrive on Friday. Excellent company, we used to live in Dubai and had used them several times. I was recently in Dubai for 2 days on business and asked on the off chance they could sort us out with 2 pictures at very short notice. I’d been wanting to purchase some pictures from Drawdeck for a while. Finally at Christmas I decided to buy my two little boys a picture for their bedroom walls. The process of ordering and paying was really easy and there is such a unique selection of pictures to choose from. There are also so many so you are spoilt for choice. As price options are good based on frame , size etc. I got a text message to say my order had been received as well as updates along the way. It was quick to deliver. They kept within their word of 3-5 working days . Pictures were delivered to our home. All bubble wrapped. Great product, service and delivery. I’ll definitely be ordering again! Value for money too.
