السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته بصراحة نوعية السجاد والتصميم جداً راقي وفخم بأختصار مستوى سجاد فندقي وأشكر الموظف أمين مشير على تعامله الراقي وأحترامه لي كعميل ذوقه جداً صعب أتمنى أي شخص يمر رمشه يتعامل معاه جد ترفع له القبعةو شكراً من القلب رمشة أسعدتوني💗

أسوأ تجربة مررت بها في محل سجاد. قمنا بطلب سجادتين، ووصلت الأولى بلون مختلف تمامًا عن السامبل الذي اخترناه. وافقوا على عمل سجادة ثانية، وبعد انتظار يقارب 3 أسابيع وصلت أيضًا بلون غير صحيح. اضطررنا لطلب استرجاع المبلغ، ولكن رغم تواصلنا معهم مرارًا وتكرارًا تجاهلوا جميع رسائلي واتصالاتي. الشخص الوحيد الذي كان متعاونًا هو السيد أمين ونشكره على جهوده، لكن قرار استرجاع المبلغ لم يكن بيده. وبعد معاناة طويلة أعادوا المبلغ. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، السجادة التي قبلنا بها تحوّل لون جزء منها خلال أقل من شهر إلى لون مختلف، وعندما طلبنا منهم المجيء لحل المشكلة لم يستطيعوا إصلاحها. وللعلم، سألناهم أكثر من مرة عن طريقة تنظيف السجاد ولكن لم يعرف أي أحد الإجابة. بصراحة: خدمة سيئة جدًا، تأخير، عدم احترافية، وعدم التزام. لا أنصح بالتعامل معهم إطلاقًا.
